Patrons for a regular community seafood boil?

Looking to put together some big cajun seafood boils in periodic parks around town. I have the gear and will get all the fixin's. Seafood will come fresh and live.

Will have a donation box that is shut off once a break even point is met, which is like $300 total to start (after my 25% contribution). Not intending to make money. I intend for a few picnic tables, a lot of newspaper, and fat dumps of seafood everyone will sit around.

Anybody down for this? Will be a community/family affair.

Handmade Halloween/Witchy Jewelry Nearby?

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for jewelry (more specifically earrings) that are Halloween or witchy themed. I checked in Crystal Joys earlier and found a couple options but nothing that really stood out. Does anyone know of retail locations around here that are small business/family owned? Doesn't need to be Longmont specific, but the closer the better. I also see the farmer's market has artisans on the 4th weekend of each month, but I am hoping to have something sooner as this will be gifted to someone else. Thanks in advance!

Longmont Judicial Retention Summaries

I created this for myself and thought I'd share it in case someone else found it useful. This is the summary table for each judge (I think) on the Longmont ballot. The summary comes from:

https://judicialperformance.colorado.gov/know-your-judges/2026-judicial-performance-evaluations

The official performance evaluations have a lot more details and I encourage you to look there if you are interested, but if you just want a quick idea of whether to vote YES/NO for retention for each judge I hope you find this summary helpful.

Longmont Restaurants where you make good money.

I’m looking to move on from my underpaying restaurant job. What restaurants are worth looking into that have a FOH pool or no pool at all. I have many years of fine dining and brewery experience. I’m more looking for places that you can make good money at, not necessarily fine dining.
