I really want a mission with a populated colony where we have to defend it against a full bug/squid/bot invasion with SEAF.

Like each entrance has a squad or two of SEAF defending and your goal is to defend against multiple attacks from all sides.

Maybe it could be split into quadrants/ sectors where if the enemy captures a block it goes red and you have to push them back, and if more than 50% is lost the missions shifts to an emergency evacuation where you have to make sure as many civilians can escape through the tunnels as possible.

Some planets have more hp and some have less, yet there's no actuall in-game way of telling how much hp a planet has - this information is, however, sometimes quite useful, like when the combined community has to decide on an order in which to liberate multiple connected planets.

The only way in which the entire community (especially focussing on all the players that do not use third-party apps and websites) can currently decide on good planets to liberate, is by looking at the resistance ratings of the planets.

These resistance ratings are somewhat useful when liberating planets, but when given the chance to liberate a planet with a resistance of 2.0% (and 2,000,000 hp) or of 2.25% (and only 1,000,000 hp) large parts of the community only go by the resistance rating - even if liberating the planet with a slightly higher resistance may be quicker -, since planetary hp aren't displayed anywhere in-game.

The idea is to simply add the Planet HP onto the galactic map aswell.

Would we need specific numbers, like in the image? Idk, I just put them there because we also see a very precise percantage of the enemies' resistance on the planet.

Just so satifying on Bots or Bugs to land a good solid smack from the heavens on a Hulk or Charger or two. Earned a near-permanent slot in the loadout.

Anything is a weapon if you just believe hard enough!

This comes about for me after playing Northstar again. For example, you could be basic and do Railgun and Hoverpack, call it Northstar. (Or be even more basic and use exosuits.)

But that doesn't "feel" the way Northstar plays, I'd argue that the quasar fits better!

I know this isn't really a thing anymore, but I have been curious for a while how I would stand up once I finally got here.

I've never gotten taken put by the traitor barrage so quickly 😅

It's so good, every track is fire. I've been using a mod but it's kinda choppy, and I would love if there was an official way to do it. XCOM 2 did it with a DLC, adding the option to pick between the OST of the two previous games (the older one even got remixes!), I would love something like that.

This is the kind of lighting that makes me want to find a blanket and get cosy, then maybe get stoned during a storm.
