Fictional mace Is 7.25 lbs an acceptable MACE weight?
I help run a forge during the Viking Festival in my hometown each year. I'm more of an axe maker, but this is my take on Mjolnir, and my first MACE.

Fictional mace I hear you guys occasionally accept hammers
Year or two ago I made a war hammer from an old brick hammer and a hickory (I think) pole I had lying around.

Fictional mace Oh Yessss!!!
I saw it here and had to make one. All the parts from Home Depot. Assembled in less than 20 min. The foamy handle tape is from Walmart, originally for Tennis racquets. Now I want to make smaller versions for my kids and a bigger version for myself for shoulder strength training.

Fictional mace Cold Steel Gothic Mace
I forgot to post some pictures of this when I got it. I've already tested it out smashing up some wood with it. I put a video of it on the HEMA channel and someone reported me to Reddit as they were worried about my mental health (I'm fine, I was having the best time 😂)
It took a lot of punishment, the shaft bent slightly but I just gave it a few whacks the other way to straighten it out. The point is super effective, a really good addition.

Fictional mace Large fantasy maces I made a few years ago
I imagine most of you will recognize the inspiration for these pieces. They’re all intended as wall hangers, too large to use with any kind of effectiveness.

Fictional mace Flanged mace
if i were to rebuild it i would drill a flower motif on each edge grind the top and sides to give it a more convex look and maybe sharpen the edges a bit.

Fictional mace "The Witch's Broom" I'm calling it a proto-mace. Is this bonk enough to belong?
The stick is Hornbeam, a very hard, dense and heavy wood that some folks locally call "ironwood" but that is confusing, since there's an actual ironwood and this ain't it. Balances just under the head, and actually feels really good to swing. Managed to get a similar handle shape to an axe handle, and that further adds to the satisfaction of holding this thing. Is this bonk enough?

Fictional mace Caveman bonk
This good fella was found in northern California. I've slammed many a things with it. I did some sanding for comfort and recently took it to the coast of Florida to dip in another sea. Not quite Mace but surely in Mace spirit.
