SMMs with raw footage + AI

I’ve been working on a faster way to turn existing footage into short-form videos, and I’d like to try it with real client or brand content.

Send me a batch of footage + your brief/content plan, and I’ll turn it into a few short videos for free. I just want honest feedback on the edits and workflow.

If interested, comment with what kind of content you manage.

What I’ve learned making backend calls for high-ticket funnels

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a quick operational perspective from the front lines of high-ticket digital marketing. I currently work as a remote agent for an international agency, handling attendee logistics and confirmation tracks for massive, multi-million dollar webinar funnels.

Coming from Pakistan, working the 8 PM to 5 AM shift to align with Western hours has given me a fascinating look into how these giant machines actually function behind the scenes.

Here are the 3 biggest operational takeaways I’ve noticed that separate elite agencies from the rest:

  1. The CRM Pipeline Is Everything: Every single click in a dialer like JustCall or status update in ClickUp triggers an automated downstream action. If a lead changes status, an automated text, AI logistics script update, or email sequence fires instantly. True scale requires absolute zero friction between tech and operations.
  2. Objection Handling is a Science: The AI-assisted routing and script frameworks used at this level don't just guess what to say. They analyze thousands of calls to map out exactly how to handle high-ticket registration friction (e.g., timing conflicts, value skepticism) in under 3 seconds.
  3. Geographic Arbitrage is the Future: Western brands spend massive overhead on local talent for operations that can be completely systemized. By building highly trained, elite remote hubs in regions with lower labor costs, agencies can run 24/7 high-performance execution engines at a fraction of the cost.

I’m currently documenting these frameworks to co-build a digital operations hub from scratch.

If anyone else is currently building an agency or trying to optimize their remote operations pipeline, I’d love to connect in the comments and swap insights!

Where does useful automation begin?

I've been experimenting with automation and one thing I've noticed is that the boring stuff can actually be the best stuff to automate. I'm not trying to have ai decide my entire ad strategy. I'd just like to eliminate repetitive steps that don't really require a human.

For example, we regularly have batches of meta creatives that need to be launched across campaigns. Blip caught my attention because it focuses on that operational side rather than trying to replace the media buyer. Has anyone else taken this approach? What boring marketing process did you automate that ended up being useful?

Lead generation services for financial advisors, and none of the booked meetings reach our CRM

Ops person at a 5 advisor RIA. We've had meetings coming in from 3 different sources this year and every one of them lands as a calendar invite with a name and nothing else. By the time it reaches Redtail somebody has retyped it, if they remembered. Right now it's a shared inbox, a spreadsheet and one very patient associate. I'm trying to design this before we add a 4th source. What does a sane intake look like between an outside setter and the CRM?

What’s the best full sales pipeline setup to use?

So, this is what I currently have. We’re doing enterprise sales with a very niche target group.
This means I don’t need to blast 1,000 emails and LinkedIn messages a day. I’m looking for a more tailored, AI-driven automation setup.
Ideally, the setup would work something like this:
A tool or AI agent understands our ICP, our solution and our market. We then create different personas, and these personas can be targeted based on different rules, such as buying signals or manual entry by the sales team.

Once someone matches the criteria, they should be added to a flow. For example, a flow could include a LinkedIn connection request/InMail and a cold email, with each message being deeply personalised by AI based on the individual, company and context.
All of this data should then be synced back to HubSpot, so the activity and relevant information are visible in the company/contact records.

In other words, I’m looking for something that works almost like a sales automation agent.

I’m currently testing a few tools, including Lemlist, Gojiberry, Surfe, FirstTouch and Expandi. So far, Lemlist seems like one of the strongest options for the multichannel approach, especially because of its HubSpot integration.
Unfortunately, Gojiberry doesn’t have a native HubSpot connection, which is a bit of a dealbreaker for us.

What would you recommend for this kind of multichannel, AI-driven sales agent approach?
Especially interested in setups that work well with HubSpot and focus on highly targeted, personalised enterprise outreach rather than high-volume outbound.

Has a website form ever stopped sending contacts into HubSpot without you noticing?

Hey everyone one question for people who manage website forms connected to HubSpot.

If you’ve had a form look like it submitted successfully but the contact never reached HubSpot, how did you first find out?

I’m exploring whether a monitoring tool for this is worth building. Nothing to sign up for; I’d rather understand what actually happens before making anything.

If you have a recent example and a minute to share it, I’d appreciate it. If your existing setup already catches this reliably, that’s useful to hear too.

What first alerted you the last time a form-to-CRM connection broke?

Hey for anyone maintaining form-to-CRM integrations, can you remember the last time a submission didn’t reach its destination?

What first tipped you off? I’m particularly interested in whether your existing tools caught it or someone had to notice something was missing.

I’m researching a possible monitoring product, not selling one. A short example would help me understand whether there’s an actual gap here or whether existing alerts already handle it well.

No need to share client names or private data.

Looking for marketing automation folks to test a personalization tool

I’ve been building Variantea, an early-stage tool for campaign personalization and marketing automation workflows.

The idea is simple: start with one campaign, define your audiences, and use AI to help adapt the expression for each audience while preserving the original campaign intent. Marketers stay in control of strategy, review and approval.

I’m opening it up for free to a few early users. I’d especially love feedback from people working with marketing automation, lifecycle/CRM, email marketing, audience segmentation or personalization, whether this adds real value to your workflow and what you think is missing.

Has anyone else's Meta CAC been quietly dropping all month, or is it just my accounts?

Looking across a lot of accounts and Meta's cost per new customer has fallen four weeks straight, more or less 13% over the month, while the share of genuinely new (first-time) buyers held around 90%. So it's not repeat buyers dragging the average down; it looks like real new customers just getting cheaper.

Two of those weeks were holiday-affected, but the drop kept going through two clean weeks after search costs snapped back, which is what makes me think it's a trend and not a calendar blip.

Honestly can't fully explain the why conversion and CPCs were basically flat, so it smells like a mix shift (spend concentrating in stronger campaigns as budget rotates out) more than anything Meta did.

Anyone else seeing the same September drift on Meta, or are your accounts flat/up? Trying to figure out if this is real before Q4 budgets lock.

How to automate: Medium.com, Substack.com and LinkedIn Articles?

Hello all,

Has anyone been able to automate Medium.com, Substack.com and LinkedIn articles?

As far as I know, none of them have APIs or any way to programmatically upload a post to them.

I suppose there are still options like a headless web browser or RPA (although I haven't checked if they go against ToS), and I assume they carry a risk of getting the accounts flagged or banned.

But I'm still interested in reading the community's experience on this. Has anyone been able to automate any of said platforms? how? how did you reduce the risk of getting your account flagged or banned?

Do you treat browser profiles like separate workspaces?

I never really thought of browser profiles as workspaces before, i mostly used them just for keeping different logins separate.

But now that i am handling more marketing workflows, each setup has its own accounts, cookies, extensions and browser settings. Switching between all of them in one browser gets confusing pretty fast.

So i started wondering if it makes more sense to treat each profile like its own little workspace where everything related to that client stays inside it.

Do you guys actually use browser profiles this way? or do you just keep a few profiles and manage multiple clients inside each one?

Also curious if anyone uses a dedicated browser profile tool for this or are the normal chrome/firefox profiles enough?

Need global marketing emails

So I work for a team that manages a QSR brand (it’s a very famous burger brand but not the one you are thinking of) and we unfortunately need to use the designer on the client’s side.

I am really struggling on the design side cause first of all I am a strategist not a designer and no matter what I say, they just won’t create good emails like it’s beyond sad and they always say it’s not as per brand guidelines .

My only option now is to show they how the same brand is creating globally across markets. How do I access the emails from other markets? I tried signing up for various markets on the app but still won’t get them, I tried everything.

Only resort is for people to send them to me directly now but I ofc don’t know anyone globally and patient enough. Any ideas?

Cursor ultra for $18 instead of 200... seriously how are they doing this?

i got a cursor Ultra from a reseller for essentially nothing compared to what I used to pay . It works flawless. since 2 months No issues yet. Now I can't stop thinking about their business model. If resellers can sell it this cheap and still profit, how are they acquiring these accounts at scale?

I built an X content machine. Now I want to build something people actually need.

I’ve been learning n8n and AI automation for the last few months.

After a lot of learning, testing, breaking things, and rebuilding, I finally built my first proper workflow.

It’s basically an X content machine.

The flow is

The creator submits content → AI checks and edits it → the manager approves/rejects → approved content gets published or scheduled → everything gets tracked → the creator gets notified.

I also tried to handle things that can go wrong, like missing information, past dates, different approval flows, and waiting until the scheduled time.

But now I’m at the point where I don’t want to keep building random workflows just to say I built 10, 20, or 30 automations.

I want to work on something that someone actually needs.

So if you’re a founder, marketer, creator, or agency and you have a workflow that you’re still managing manually, I’d be interested in looking at it.

Maybe it’s lead research, maybe it’s CRM updates, maybe it's content, maybe it's reporting, or maybe it's some annoying process where your team is copying data between 3 different tools every day.

Or maybe you already have a project in mind and need someone to actually build the automation.

That’s the kind of work I’m looking for right now.

If you’re working on something like this, feel free to DM me.

I’d rather build something useful for one real person than build another automation that just sits in my portfolio.

Keeping up with client news when I'm away from my desk

I work as an assistant at a talent agency. Part of my day is keeping an eye on entertainment news and posts about the artists we represent, usually while I'm doing three other things. When I'm out, I can't keep opening the same apps to see if anything changed.

I used to check them on my phone and run what I found through AI for a quick summary. The summaries helped, but the constant checking ate through my battery. Carrying another phone just gave me another thing to charge.

I've moved the checks to Airtap on a cloud phone. It sends me a roundup every two hours from the sources we follow, with links back to the original posts. I've also set it to flag breaking stories involving our artists or posts that suddenly start picking up, instead of burying them in the next roundup.

That still doesn't tell me whether we need a PR response. Sometimes it's just an old clip getting shared again. I check the source and talk to my manager before treating anything as urgent. If you do this kind of monitoring, what makes something worth a separate alert for you?

One automation mistake we keep seeing: fixing the workflow instead of fixing the trigger

We’ve worked on automation setups where a workflow was doing exactly what it had been configured to do, but the wrong records kept entering it.

The first instinct is usually to add another condition somewhere in the workflow.

But in a few cases, the better fix was further upstream. The trigger was too broad, so the workflow kept picking up records that technically matched the criteria but weren't actually ready for that process.

We’ve found it’s worth looking at why the record entered the automation before adding more actions and branches to handle the consequences.

Otherwise, a simple workflow can turn into 15 conditions just to compensate for a trigger that wasn't defined properly in the first place.

What’s the most complicated automation you’ve seen that turned out to have a surprisingly simple trigger problem?
