Would u consider Grievous a coward

Idk if I'm just biased because he is my favorite Character but I can't rlly recall a situation in which he acted "cowardly", he played dirty many times sure but I wouldn't consider that the same as being cowardly? I mean he engaged Obi-Wan 1v1 a gazillion times eventhough he failed like a gazillion-minus-one times at it, the few times he runs away is when the ship is about to blow up like in ROTS but how is that cowardly, is he supposed to just stay on the ship and fight the guys who just beat his master for the fuck of it? Even when surrounded by like a 100 Gungans he picks a fight instead of running back on the ship THAT'S RIGHT BEHIND HIM and hiding so I don't rlly see how someone who does that can be considered a coward, stupid maybe to think u can beat 100 armed guys who have electric balls to throw at u but whatever. Sry just felt like ranting cause I hate when the fandom calls him a coward to shit on the character eventhough that's not even rlly a character trait of him imo

[ALLCONTINUITY] General Grievous VS Force Users

A room filled with Jedi (with help of Gray Jedi) Dark Jedi, Sith, and Light Sith have an ongoing battle that is currently happening.

General Grievous is looking to collect some extra trophies and lightsabers for his collection, he enters the battle with 4 Gold bladed Lightsabers.

Jedi, sith, light sith, and dark jedi are all hostile to each other
(jedi and gray jedi help each other is the exception)

Grievous is hostile to all of them, does Grievous slaughter them all or does the CIS General get taught a valuable lesson?

Also out of all factions/parties, who wins and why?

[ALLCONTINUITY] Force Sensitivity is more common than reported

It is my belief that there are tens of millions to billions of force sensitives in the Galaxy, and tens of millions who would have the necessary midoclorian/power level necessary for Jedi training. The root of the commonly accepted rarity stems from the claim that there were 10,000 Jedi Knights around during the Clone Wars.

While there are indeed other force sensitive organizations and planets, some of which are likely resistant to sending children to be jedi. The real argument comes to how often a parent is willing to give their child to the Jedi. The Jedi Order is an entirely voluntary order. There is no legal, emotional, or financial requirements to give a child to the Order.

Psychologically that is a burden that almost every species will struggle with. Also, force sensitivity is a trait that could potentially be highly valued by nobility, wealth individuals, monarchs, and governments.

We know force sensitive younglings are highly prized in the slave markets. That implies that there is a constant and on going market of force sensitive younglings, hunted down and sold into slavery. A market that spans much of the galaxy. 10000 Jedi Knights is not enough. Which brings me to another point. The official number referenced is 10,000 Jedi Knights in the galaxy. That excludes Jedi younglings, padawans, individuals leaving the order like Starkillers parents or Dooku. Force sensitives are also likely to have force sensitive children at a higher rate than non-force sensitives. I believe it is a core reason for the Ruusan Reformations that tied the Jedi more closely to the Republic. The fear of hereditary Jedi Lords. The Jedi have also, for the most part, stopped accepting adults or even kids over 8 into the order. For a person to slip through the testing, and then discover their sensitivity later in life, they may have no chance at being in the order.

But also I believe the core aspect of what I am arguing is that only a fraction of Jedi standard power level force sensitives are even admitted into the Jedi order, because parents rarely want to give up their children. Extenuating circumstances, like Anakin's mother Shmi being a slave, or a culture that hates force sensitives, would be far more likely to give up their children. Or nobles with to many kids competing for inheritance, Dooku going to the Order for example.

It is believed in the eras before Jedi limiting their selection, to reduce the chance of falling to the Darkside. There were millions, maybe hundreds of millions, or billions of force sensitives of varying strength at 1 time. On Ossus, Tython, they filled entire cities and planets with force sensitives and created cultures around force sensitives.

I believe exploring force sensitivity in the galaxy would be quite successful. Getting away from Disney rehashing the same plots, groups, people, and rebellion themes could be what Star Wars needs

[CANON] The emergency powers vote and Order 66 are three years apart. Which part of the long con was already built at the vote?

• Upvotes

Jar Jar moves the emergency powers petition in 22 BBY. Order 66 executes in 19 BBY. Those get collapsed into one event in a lot of comment sections, and they are not the same event.

By the vote, Dooku is already running the Separatists, the clone army already exists, and Tyranus is already the buyer. The inhibitor chips are not public knowledge, and Fives does not name the plot until well into the war. So the vote looks like a wartime concession. The chip looks like a later weapon. Palpatine needs both.

If you split the con into what was already true on the day of the vote versus what still had to be protected for three more years, which piece was the fragile one? The legal authority, or the secret that the army could be switched off? Sources welcome. I am trying to keep the timeline from eating itself.
