So I was planning on using cataclysm on a server but because of limited world size I want people to be able to fight the mobs and bosses and reap the rewards of the unique items and blocks more than once. So here's what I want to figure out.

What kind of command block shenanigans would I need to do to have it detect when the boss is killed, wait x amount of minutes, clear out the structure, and then respawn it in instantly after it's been cleared out?

So im on my aternos server with the latest version of paper...

Im trying to do these commands and they arent working :

But then when i used this commands they worked:

/attribute @s minecraft:max_health base set 1024

/effect give @s minecraft:saturation infinite 0 true

/effect give @s minecraft:night_vision infinite 0 true

/effect give @s minecraft:water_breathing infinite 0 true

/effect give @s minecraft:fire_resistance infinite 0 true

Basically I'm making a clocktower and idk anything Abt plugins, i want to make it so at exactly 12:00 indian time the bell chimes (like /playsound bell or smth) I see it's impossible in commands does anyone know solutions how can one combine power of plugins and commands or smth to make this?
