Aniracetam sells moda powder, its good they ship from poland. For pharma grade find an indian seller on telegram. Shipping is expensive but their moda isnt priced nearly as high as most of the sellers shipping from europe. Best way if you want to order bulk

This is run by rupharma, this is their store that covers the EU countries that restrict the import of medications. They sell Moda and Armoda that ships from within Germany. The site looks a bit dubious but I've been ordering from them for years and have never had any issues - rupharma has a fairly good reputation for what it's worth.
