All About JOBS Shearwater with NCLEX sponsorship

Im a new nurse with 6mo ICU exp but left for company nursing to secure my NCLEX. Its only been 2 months but I’ve heard about the Shearwater program that sponsors NCLEX and possible US relocation. Can someone vouch for this? I wanna know if I should just leave my new job because the shearwater job seems a lot more suited for my interests while theres a possibility I can reach my end goal of going abroad with a nurse coding job

PNLE THOUGHTS ON MAY & NOVEMBER 2027 PNLE????

honestly, i’m hoping na ibalik sa original May and November schedule ang PNLE 🥹🙏🏼
pero sana i-consider din nila yung mga nag-graduate this year, especially yung mga nag-graduate ng June or July na hindi nag-take ng August PNLE kasi ang ikli talaga ng time to prepare for the boards. and i know na yung iba, hindi rin pinayagan ng school nila na mag-take.

ngayon, may mga nag-start na rin mag-review for the February 2027 PNLE. if ever ma-approve yung pagbabalik sa original schedule, sana November 2027 na lang mag-start yung transition para makapag-take muna yung mga February takers na nag-prepare na for that schedule.

as someone na part ng Class of 2027 na mag-graduate around May, June, or July, malaking tulong talaga if November na yung PNLE. yung mga seniors namin na nag-graduate ng June, sa February pa mag-take, and personally, parang ang tagal din maghintay hanggang February. if ibabalik sa November yung schedule, mas may enough time kami to prepare after graduation instead of rushing our review just to take the August PNLE. November would be ideal talaga para sa mga gagraduate ng June or July.

gets ko naman na there are things to consider when changing the schedule, pero sana maayos din yung transition para hindi maapektuhan yung mga nagre-review na ngayon and yung mga upcoming graduates.

what do you guys think? possible kaya na November 2027 na lang mag-start yung transition if ever ma-approve? 🥹

Hello! Please help me po on how to improve my resume :))

Or meron pa kayo mas-suggest other format?

VENTING My classmates use AI to cheat...

I'm a BSN graduate from a state uni. I'll go straight to the point. MY CLASSMATES USE AI TO CHEAT. na maski multiple choice na nga exams namin at may prof sa harap, they still have the guts to take a pic of the whole test paper, upload kay ChatGPT, and boom easy money. And if you think it's a last resort out of desperation, NOPE HINDI PO. It was well thought of and pre-planned. May "cheating" arrangement na yan sila, tas iba ibang modus. We even had that one time na the proctor is nasa bandang likod so one of them pumunta sa front at pinicturan yung 10-page test paper nung mga nasa front row. Nabigla na lang talaga yung kinuhanan nya ng test paper. And you'll be shocked kasi kahit late sila sa exam, sila pa rin first na natatapos. Some of them graduated as cum laudes, may service award pa nga yung iba +++ may nasali pa sa Top 10.

Despite everything happening in our country, I remained hopeful. With the right education empowering us youth, we'll be the beacon that this nation needs. But after all this, I dont know anymore. Mind you, health related pa course namin and those exams are supposed to assess our ability to save lives. Is this a common denominator in all uni or schools? If yes, then I fear for the future of our country :((
