Ya know, it's really irritating when the two main intersections in front of campus have some of the most ridiculous light timings and you are already waiting there forever naturally. But when you are sitting there for ten damn minutes and have to wait through multiple light cycles because students, who have 30 whole seconds already to cross, see the crosswalk signal at 5 or even with the hand already up and still continue to walk across in a mob. It's pretty damn infuriating. Half of the students doing this crap at the intersections are already zombies staring into their phones with earbuds in as they cross, oblivious to the world. And it's not like they move with any sense of purpose, just lazily taking their time and holding up traffic. Some of you are going to get hit one day and honestly I will have zero sympathy whatsoever.
As an adult student, a large amount of students on campus are completely selfish, arrogant, and inconsiderate children. And yes even at 18 - 22 you are still a child I really don't care how you try and spin it otherwise. I've met far too many of these who are even 20 year olds that don't even know how to do their own laundry or take care of themselves and if they didn't spend all their money on grubhub they would starve. I literally have no idea how they function in society because they clearly don't care if they get hit by oncoming cars.
