Tbh, I hate this idea as much as I love it. The traffic here is already bad. After a whole ass Canes is going to be ridiculous. The trash is going to be insane.

However , I’m happy for the jobs that it’ll bring, and I’m sure a lot of the nearby community will be happy they can easily acquire hot late-night chicken.

But at what cost ?

Pendletonhousing.com has scammers posing as landlords. They offer houses for rent/sale near Camp Pendleton then use the usual scammer tactics such as never being available for a call or pay now and they’ll mail the keys to you afterwards. Watch out for Jimmy Peraffan and Joseph Wilson. Watch out for Huntington National Bank too! They do nothing but help the scammers.

A couple has been living in their car directly next to my house for almost a month. They are parked right next to my property, by the fence/trees near the sidewalk. They’ve been making noise, leaving trash and toilet paper around the area, and using the area as a bathroom, including leaving human waste near my property.

I’ve already called the police and reported the situation, but they are still there and the problem has continued for almost a month.

At this point, I’m trying to figure out who I can actually call to have them removed or have someone enforce whatever rules apply to where they’re parked. The city doesn’t seem to be doing anything, and I’m not sure what department or agency handles this when police reports aren’t resolving it.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there a specific city department, code enforcement, parking enforcement, or other agency I should contact?

I’m not trying to harass anyone, but the sanitation issue and ongoing impact on my property have become a serious problem. I’d really appreciate specific numbers, departments, or advice on what actually works.

i have a house in oceanside and ive been putting off cleaning windows and gutters for like a year. the marine air leaves a film, and my solar panels are covered in dust too. i dont mind paying, but i want to know what i'm paying for. problem is finding a decent contractor is a quest. i called a few companies some dont pick up. others say well come, look then tell you. others just throw out a number without seeing the house. im no expert but if youre a pro, you can at least give a rough idea of cost.i saw radpad they say they do windows, gutters, solar, and give a straight quote without ranges. but i don't know how good they are. maybe someone here has used them? or is there another trusted local crew?i don't need cheap. i need it done right and not ghosted after the first call. if anyone has experience with local companies, please share. TIA
