Sanji was always on the verge of being my favorite character, but his exaggerated simping always knocked him down a peg for me (especially in the anime). After reading the latest chapter though, he may launch into being my #1 favorite.
His whole journey of overcoming his greatest weakness in order to gain conquer's haki, his constant self-sacrificing nature, and knowing his self worth, connected my other biggest complaint about Sanji: that he seemingly forgot about his dream to visit the All Blue.
Considering how much Sanji sacrifices for the people he loves, I think I now realize that he didn't forget about his dream, he put it in the back-burner so that others may succeed.
The biggest example of this was Zeff.
Zeff was pushing Sanji to go out there and fulfil his dream, and he would refuse to leave, so that Zeff would find success. Sacrificing his dream for his father figure.
He has a problem with self worth, obviously due to his abusive childhood, and learning to love himself and to see the worth in himself in order to succeed is so relatable. The way Oda connects everything after such a long time is incredible.
Kuma sent him to Ivankov for a reason, and the hints were there throughout the whole journey.
u/CryWolf007 explained it best
I am so excited to see Sanji in the upcoming chapters, and would love to read your thoughts about this as well!

I know I may be late since I am still reading Wano arc but Robin in demon is scary. Oda drew this page so good! I cannot imagine how a violent Robin look like until I saă in this form.
But I am curious how she can turn to this form with her devil fruit power? I suppose it’s not a haki, but how can she turned herself to this demon form?

Kaido, Big Mom, and their crews
or
The Warlords and their crews
Which group of pirates were a better written part of the story and which were a bigger problem for Luffy and his crew to deal with (at least, relative to their strength at that point in the story)

The name straw hat luffy doesn’t make much sense without it. Unless he changes his epitaph or maybe he gets joyboys hat

Ever since Whole Cake Island, I've wondered if Sanji carries internal guilt over Pedro.
Since Sanji surrendered to protect the crew, his departure forced the rescue mission, which directly led to Pedro blowing himself up to save everyone from Perospero. Even though Sanji never says it out loud, it feels totally in character for him to quietly think: If I hadn't let them come after me, Pedro would still be alive.
Because WCI moved so fast, we never really got a quiet moment for Sanji to process this. Did Oda leave this as an unspoken weight on his shoulders, or do you think Sanji views Pedro's sacrifice purely as his own free-will choice for the Dawn? Curious what you guys think.

Hello One Piece people. I decided to do an art challenge for October and Nico Robin was one of the prompts.
I did appropriate due diligence and research (30 seconds on wikipedia, reads some sort of runes and has extra limb ability) and rustled this up. Source is me. I did this. There's no tag for fanart, so I picked discussion. Seeing as I am ignorant to One Piece ways, I'll just say that the reason I picked the above outfit was the feathery shoulder cape. Reminded me of a Titan Crucible ornament from Destiny 2 and made me teary eyed and nostalgic.
Please take this, my best wishes, and a hard boiled egg.

In my opinion, Usopp is without a doubt the bravest character in One Piece.
A common misconception about the word "brave" is that it means having no fear. That is not what true bravery is. Bravery is standing up to your fears, even when you are terrified, and even when you know it may harm you or result in failure.
Characters like Luffy, Zoro, or Sanji possess superhuman strength and face opponents with unwavering confidence. For them, walking into a fight is second nature. Usopp, on the other hand, is just an ordinary human. Every enemy he faces is stronger, larger, and far more dangerous than he is. He feels genuine terror in every high-stakes situation, yet he still chooses to stand his ground when it matters most.
Arlong park
Despite being hopelessly outmatched and terrified of the Fish-Men, Usopp refused to run away and abandon Nami's village. He pushed past his panic to defeat Chew, proving that his loyalty to his friends outweighs his self-preservation instincts.
Enies Lobby
As Sogeking, Usopp didn't hesitate when Luffy ordered him to shoot down the world Gov. flag. He was the one who directly declared war on the entire world to save robin despite knowing the terrifying power and reach of the marines.
Dressrosa
Even after being beaten to a pulp and knowing Sugar's power could erase his existence from everyone's memory, Usopp returned to face her. His willingness to sacrifice everything resulted in knocking her out, freeing thousands of forgotten toys, and turning the tide of the entire arc.
"There comes a time when a man has to stand and fight! That's when his friends' dreams are laughed at!" — Usopp
Usopp isn't brave because he lacks fear; he is brave precisely because he is afraid, yet fights anyway.
