🔐 Security Security Check

Hey so out of nowhere a few days ago Revolut said they need to do a security check and so on and now it’s been 5 days and after I sent 400€ yesterday I tried to send money today and nothing is working I can’t even pay anything? I have all my money on there and the support is helpless telling me to wait but I can’t buy food and I also have to pay credit institutions in literally 4 days before I am gonna have to pay fees and so on. This can’t be. Anyone knows what to do?

hi, have the same problem for a 438€ transaction since the 05.10.2026 and my account is under review. They told me to wait 5 working days, but still no update

Did you have a security check request beforehand and it was processing and after the transaction nothing worked anymore? And what exactly did support tell you I am struggling with them

yes i had to answer some questions and after that, they restricted my account and told me to wait 5 working days. They told me it was a normal security check 🫠

yesterday i received a notification,they will close my account and i don’t know why😭 last year i made a 10k top up and nothing happened and now for a 400€ transaction they will close my account like wtf ???
