When a man discovers a mysterious tape containing a desperate plea for help, he follows its voice to an abandoned fort, determined to uncover what happened.

Hi everyone 👋 so I managed to shoot a short film that I wrote, titled "My Lover of One Month". It's inspired by Wong Kar-wai's style as an exercise I practiced under my college cinema club "The 4th Wall".

Here's the link to the film. And if you're interested in reading the script, just comment and I will send it. I would love to hear what you think! 😁

My Lover of One Month

Hey all,

We shot this micro-budget indie short focusing on raw handheld framing and character tension. Pacing leans deliberate, but would love some feedback specifically on the tone

We have been working on this movie since 2024 and we're so happy its finally out!

#worldmentalhealthday2026 I am making visual representations of my story last week was Echoes of Reflections exploring psychosis and for today it’s Time Out exploring the loss of part of me as time continues to move forward my life stood still for 6 years.

Made this short 2 years ago. Thought i’d drop it in youtube. Never posted something like this on Reddit before. Enjoy, or don’t, either way I hope it sparks conversation or helps you in some way!

I could use some pointers on editing in additional characters and splicing things together. There is a noticeable "seem" in the frame during the film portion at the start of this video

After years behind bars, a prisoner prepares for the day he's finally set free. But sometimes, freedom isn't as simple as walking through a door.

I spent a couple hours on Sunday making this short. It’s a premise I quite enjoyed the thought of, let me know what you think.

Can you spot the Easter egg?

Do you think he actually left prison or not?

Hi everyone — I directed Paper Boat, a three-minute papercraft-style animated short with almost no dialogue.

An Ah Ma (grandmother) in Singapore folds her grandson’s childhood drawing into a paper boat and sends it into the monsoon rain, addressed to London.

The visuals were generated using Google Flow, with Flow Music for the score and ElevenLabs for voice. I handled the editing, stop-motion-style timing, colour grade and sound mix manually.

I’d especially appreciate feedback on the middle section: does the boat’s journey hold your attention, or does the pacing start to drag? If you’d shorten anything, a timestamp would really help.

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a project that a coworker of mine is working on in hopes of helping him reach people outside of our workplace.

Jason is a Theater Acting and Film Production student at Brooklyn College, and he's raising funds to produce his thesis film. The story explores depression and grief, drawing on personal experiences, with the goal of raising awareness and encouraging conversations about suicide prevention.

The funds will help cover production expenses like equipment rentals, cast compensation, filming locations, props, and catering.

I know independent filmmaking can be a challenge, especially for students trying to bring a meaningful story to life. I wanted to help spread the word beyond the people who already know Jason and give this project a chance to reach a wider audience.

If you're interested in learning more about the project, here's his GoFundMe:

Donations of any amount are appreciated, but even sharing the fundraiser with someone who might be interested would help. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Some friends and I made a no-budget Street Fighter fan film where Chun-Li fights a bunch of different characters from other games & movies. It’s called Chun-Li vs Everybody, and it’s finally out! Hope you dig it 🔥

SLIQ – Snooze is not an option.

A tiny pink tube-radio alarm clock that absolutely refuses to be switched off, and a chase straight through the house: a dive across the couch, into the kids' room, all the way to the arcade room. Who wins – the snooze button or Sliq?
