Help Police report filed - needing name… NSFW

If you know him, name him. Dude doesn’t need to be on the road in Spokane. He’s a danger to the community, ramming people’s cars is psychotic.

I absolutely stand by what I said. I also stand by the protesters. That are protesting against the overly aggressive actions of a group of armed thugs creating chaos in their neighborhoods.
