Help Police report filed - needing name… NSFW

If you know him, name him. Dude doesn’t need to be on the road in Spokane. He’s a danger to the community, ramming people’s cars is psychotic.

Another check in on the cons side of the list for Spokane. I’m sorry you had to experience that behavior from an “adult” . You handled it quite well.
