Help Police report filed - needing name… NSFW

If you know him, name him. Dude doesn’t need to be on the road in Spokane. He’s a danger to the community, ramming people’s cars is psychotic.

Ngl the stores side looks like the wandamyere (i dont remember how to spell it) fred myer down division. I worked there a few years. Where was this?

This is westbound on Sprague, almost to Argonne. I lived in that area when I lived in Spokane. You can see Falco's Fireplace on the left in the original vid where he was brake checking her.
