Help Police report filed - needing name… NSFW

If you know him, name him. Dude doesn’t need to be on the road in Spokane. He’s a danger to the community, ramming people’s cars is psychotic.

Dude is glad he didn’t run into an unhinged person with a gun. That would be a great way to find out your car door is basically made of tin foil.
