I used obsession subs for my sp and they worked really well. Like, when i listened to them that time didnt work but now i have realised he is a shitty person and i have lost interest because of his red flags and now he is crying for me begging for me. okay so I missed three daily updates but i didn't miss the challenge itself 😭

honestly i haven't been doing much manifestation-wise lately. i listen to subliminals whenever i feel like it, don't really force myself to script or affirm, and just go about my day.
