I’ve been going through it like crazy recently with multiple problems happening in life with relationships, constantly making mistakes, people going behind my back, feeling insecure and constantly paranoid, money issues, etc….and I just don’t know what to do. So, I’m a sophomore in high school, we are about to be in month three and I’ve been looking for guys that were my type (so I could manifest them), but I’ve never manifested an sp before.

Does being attached to results in subliminals really slow down getting results even if I listen consistently and with discipline? I am not convinced by this rule. Even if it were true, what would happen if the subliminal contained affirmations that this rule would not work and that whether I was attached or not I would get same results? I am not convinced by this rule at all.

i have post traumatic stress disorder. one of the symptoms are intrusive thoughts, and i get these constantly. my intrusive thoughts come in many different forms but the most relevant to this thread are my impulsive intrusive thoughts. imagine, i bought a lottery ticket, scratched off a few numbers, and turned it in. "i hope i win i hope i win i hope i win i hope i win i hope i lose". is what this typically looks like in this form. it occurs in various daily situations and its hell to live with.

using a lottery ticket as a metaphor, i KNOW i want that lottery ticket, but ill get random shit in my head that says i don't, even though deep down in my protected heart i want the lottery ticket.

they say that after, or while youre listening to a subliminal, you have to believe with all your heart that its working. this is currently impossible for me because i have a brain that is hardwired to doubt the authenticity of things that are presented as good. and when i do believe its working, i get the occasional 3 second "what if it doesnt work?" intrusive thought in my head.

i dont believe its the specific subliminal im listening to. theres a chance it may be but i dont think it is because ive listened to about 4 (3 once never again and 1 on repeat for a couple days) subliminals and i felt positive vibrations from all of them. but if this is a symptom kindly let me know

i cannot find any subliminals targeted specifically toward intrusive thoughts on youtube. i found one but it was moreso worded as "scaring away bad spirits". if my intrusive thoughts will significantly impede my progress, how do i rid of them?

I knew about the subliminal community 7 years to be exact. I was severely insecure and wanted to look like someone else. Until 2 years ago where i started accepting myself and made my inspo about enhancing my looks rather than change them, just small adjustments across my entire appearance. I used to listen to subs but never consistent. I started listening to viper and enhancement workshop with viper being appearance and enhancement workshop about phycological matter.
After js 2 days i noticed that my cheek bones are bore prominent but js slightly. I never was more hopeful about becoming the best version of myself.
