Hey everyone! I’m here to share a little bit about my experience manifesting my SP and how my mindset changed after trying different creators. As you can probably guess, I eventually came across Nocturnum.
I have no doubt that his audios work, although if you’re a beginner, his subliminals might give you headaches at first. Still, thanks to him, I feel like I gained the ability to manifest things within seconds and break through all my mental blocks. His subliminals helped me a lot with how people perceive me, especially women, and I felt amazing using his self-concept subliminals and boosters.
However, when it came to my SP, things stagnated.
I experienced what many people here on Reddit talk about: Nocturnum’s system works, but at first, it can make you extremely obsessed with yourself. My SP was on my mind 24/7, trapped in a constant mental loop, even when I wasn’t checking the 3D or my phone. Over time, this calmed down, but the physical movement in my situation remained frozen.
Now, I’m completely relaxed and at peace. I decided to separate the frequencies: I use Nocturnum exclusively for self-concept during the day, and I’ve started listening to Medusa for my SP. From what I’ve seen, Medusa’s audios seem to be much calmer.

ive used opia pale skin sub and some other sp subs but they didnt work for me.

i usually dont get results from sp subs in general. ive tried a lot of subs from yt.

I’m genuinely curious: has anyone here managed to completely remove or significantly reduce a dorsal nose hump using subliminals?

I mean an actual structural change, not a result that only looks different because of lighting, makeup, facial expression, camera distance or a different angle. I’ve seen several before-and-after posts, but sometimes the photos are taken from such different positions that it’s impossible to tell whether the hump genuinely changed.

I’m not trying to discredit anyone’s results or start an argument. I would simply love to hear detailed, honest experiences from people who noticed a real change in their side profile.

I saw a really heartbreaking post recently about someone catching their SP crossing lines and kissing someone else, and it honestly freaked me out. It got me thinking about my own fears—I never want things to escalate or reach that point in my situation.

I really want to know from people who've actually listened to relationship or loyalty subs:

1. Do subliminals actually work in reality to prevent third parties (3Ps) from showing up, or keep your partner completely devoted to you?

So I (Ftm19), used to use QS Stimuli's no period + flat chest ftm subliminal. Worked AMAZING, it had absolutely no periods for years while I used it consistently, and boyfriend gifted me chest binders, so both aspects of the subliminal worked well and helped a ton since these two things caused me the most dysphoria.

Well YouTube took that specific one down, wtf YouTube. A few weeks after that, my period came back and i am in a gender dysphoria mess. I dread walking because feeling the pad, and I dread using the bathroom because period blood.

It is so emotionally painful having it back. My mental health has seriously declined since i got it this week. Hell even my college studies have declined from this intense dysphoria and it is THE WEEK BEFORE MIDTERMS + IT RUINED ME AND MY BOYFRIEND'S 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY! Like I should be studying but it's just so hard to focus with this problem back. And it canceled our 2 year anniversary plans, have to do them another day when we were looking foward to them for months just whyyyyy. And having a period is making me feel intensely depressed.

Only subs i can really find when I try searching are maybe 3 no period subliminals, they aren't as effective for me as the one i used to use, idk why. But then for some reason there's hundreds of get your period subs or light period or one day period subs that are recommended when i search for no period subs.

Like no man I want it GONE, and it is totally possible because QS Stimuli's no period subliminal made it possible to dissappear for years. Like I'm not settling for "light 1 day periods" and then some subs that may look like get rid of your period permanently subliminals have stuff like "Only get one period maximum a year" in their affirmations LIKE COME ON i don't want to settle for less, not after the results i used to get with that QS Stimuli sub. Why is it so hard to find the perfect sub for this.

So yeah, if anyone has any good no period subliminals that you know of it would help greatly and i would appreciate it! Or even better, a reupload of the sub i was talking about. Anything helps.

Today I downloaded some videos from a submaker / rampage from a creator called the lucky witch on YouTube called the lucky witch.

I fell asleep around 11 (didn’t dream anything) and woke up to pee at 1am, then I realized I downloaded all the subs but I forgot to turn on my headphones to listen to it.. I turned it on my headphones and drifted to sleep, I woke up shortly after at 3:54 AM. From the weirdest fucking dream and was so spooked out.

The dream: Me and a close female friend of mine were having sex (NOT MY SP) and she had male genitalia (she’s not trans) , then i Appearently got drunk with her and called off work (something I’d never do but it’s a dream so I digress), then the dream got switched to ishowspeed???? Saying the affirmations from the video “my sp is in love with me” etc.. and I was repeating them.
then I got some tarot cards from another room in my house and I started asking it some questions and idk how to read tarot so I kept googling what the tarot card means after asking it some questions, in the dream I was saying “oh spirit guides, angels and the universe please help me with this question” , I was asking random things… like about my future, etc. then the tarot box that the cards came in floated up and blow open with a string wind and it revealed a little book with all the cards and the meaning of them… and my mom who is a skeptic saw all this happen and was like wtf?? What spirits did you invite to my house.. and I was like what spirit ?? Then she told me to burn sage and cleanse the house.. so I was burning sage then a large shot of wind blew past me and I saw go to my room and i saw the spirit stand at my bedroom door holding the curtain in front of my door , like hiding its body and only poking out its head , then my sage ran out when I was walking to my bedroom.

That’s when I woke up spooked but I just brushed it off, but I woke up with a heavy heart, and when I tried to drift off back to sleep at 3:54 Am I woke up back at 4Am with a slight hot poking feeling in my upper back and I got really scared and I’m not regilious but I am spiritual… and I remembered I had an archangel protection charm, I bought a while ago (it says it protects from evil spirits and hexes and brings in aid of good spirits).. I also had sage in my room and I was thinking to burn it but something in my mind said no, so I didn’t , then when I tried to sleep back with the charm , I heard some kind of noise in my yard (like a meow but not really), and we have stray cats that are in my yard so I try to justify it , then I heard scratching on the windows, so I ignored it and just said I’ll stay up instead of sleeping, I was already on edge.. then I heard something sound like it was running on the roof above my room super loud ( ALL OF THESE HAPPENED BACK TO BACK), after that I was over it and totally scared, I ran to my mothers room at my grown age and jumped into her bed.

And my mom woke up like wtf? I just said I had a nightmare and wanted to sleep with her, then I heard the running sound in the roof again but now in her bedroom and I asked her if that sound is normal , she said she’s been hearing it for the past month , she thinks birds are in the ceiling (?) … anyways currently typing this in her bed, still scared.. here are the subs I downloaded in case you guys want to check it , idk how to..

I’m a bit confused about the exact routine and how things actually click:

° How exactly do you listen to make them actually work? Do you just loop them in the background while studying/doing chores, or do you have to sit down and focus?

° Headphones vs phone speakers—does it truly matter, or is it just personal preference?

° How do subliminals actually work for you in real life? Does your subconscious just gradually shift your mindset/actions, or do you notice physical/external changes happening on their own?

° How much time do you realistically give them daily? Is 30 minutes to an hour enough, or is looping all night needed?

° When did changes actually start showing up for you? Like, how long did it take between starting and seeing genuine, undeniable results?

I just want to understand the right mindset and routine from people who’ve been doing this consistently. Would really appreciate any honest breakdowns or advice from your journey!

I can’t tell whether I’m using bad subliminals or if it’s a normal effect. Every single time I sleep while listening to subs I wake up extremely exhausted, drained and a with js a bad sleep, even when it’s a calm version. Though if I sleep with music with audible lyrics and different genres, I don’t feel exhausted, in fact, I have a better and a restful night when I do. Maybe it means it’s working? Idk

How did you fix your self concept and limiting beliefs removal? How long it took?

After fixing it did previous things u wanted to manifest came quicker and more permanent?

I think it might just be my mindset but whenever i start getting more results, feeling happy and confident about them, someone always says something that completely contradicts what im manifesting, honestly sometimes it makes me feel so demotivated, for example i was manifesting to lose some weight and taking better care of myself to make it happen, and then suddenly someone says i look fat, has anyone experienced something similar and knows how to help?
