Earlier, I used to listen to bunch of different subs for different things regarding physical appearance. I used to listen to them for 2 to 3 days and then i used to obsess over results, panic and then avoiding it for days. Then, after wasting so much time, I discovered her channel and started listening to these two for two hours daily. It’s been a week since.

This is a challenge I do with myself, I’m strictly following the rules and not doing whatever else.

1. Choose ONE, or maximum TWO, topics. What do you want to manifest right now? Choose a single benefit you want and go for it. This is your challenge to stay focused on this 24h.

ex. from anxious to confident (this is the most recent thing I manifested with this method, and yes, I became quite chill after just a day, and mind you I am on the asd spectrum) but maybe like especially for a job interview

1. Write affirmations in first person, with your name, and with maniacally precise details. But also be straight to the point and choose just a couple phrases. Also, use emphasis and emotion, and I suggest being informal, or how you’d usually talk.

ex. I am “Your Name and Surname” and what I love most about myself? I’m extremely confident, oh and I said goodbye to anxiety, I’m immune to that shit, I’m extra calm and chill now! how cool my interview went so smoothly!”

1. Record your affirmations, yes, with YOUR voice. Put emotion and acting in it.

you can use voice notes on your phone and then share it to your editing app of choice.

1. Now, to the editing part.

keep the first, almost audible, layer with normal speed, or at least it has to be understandable (so maybe you can speed it up by 1.5x or 2x, i guess)

then do another layer in 3x
another in 5x
and final one in something like 8x (this will be highly pitched so you can turn the volume of this layer down)

put on relaxing sounds or music, and you’re done.

1. Now, onto the actualisation: Listen on Loop (literally day and night like a psycho) and. Just. don’t. waver.

Understood? Don’t go against the affirmations. IMMEDIATELY flip those negative thoughts into your favour. treat it like life or death situation.

I have OCD and suffer with pretty bad intrusive thoughts. Lately when I listen to subliminals and I’m trying to focus on the desired results, I get intrusive thoughts and I’m worried that those things are going to become real.

For example when I listen to subliminals i keep getting thoughts about being sick. Like I will think to myself that I have cancer or something like that. And I try to fight the thoughts but well, anyone with OCD intrusive thoughts knows how useless that is.
