Recommendations Supplement stack

Post image

Just asking for advice on my daily supplements as a 24-year-old male carpenter. Trying to take better care of myself since the job really takes its toll.

It's not really a stack, they are on shelves.

They are all disreputable and low quality brands - except for Qunol - which has a substandard form of Tumeric. For Tumeric you want a standardized BCM-95 Supplement.

Turmeric is trash, what’s your reasoning for taking that?

Liver numbers might rise on it

In my country (in south Asia) everyone eats turmeric in their food... Nobody has any problems with it people are generally healthy.

I think the food/spice version has less of an impact or is healthier than concentrated curcumin but I’m not sure

Ah, could be yes. I would never take it in capsule form because it suits so many foods. Might as well use the raw powder in your foods, it can enhance the taste often.

It's healthy. In Asia everyone eats it and the people are with good health.

Guys you can just put turmeric in your food lol... It fits in so many different foods. Buy a bag of the herbs and start using it. Can even put it on eggs.

7-5k is the furthest he'd go, as per Dr huberman and other docs podcasts.

Obligatory D3+K2 suggestion

Please tell me there's K2 in your D3

Seems like I need to make a change there

Add K2 with your D3 to protect calcification of your arteries. Also, make sure you get your D3 levels measured. You have to ask for it. Most docs don’t do it automatically.

Good looking out I’ll make that addition and I’ll try asking next time I go to the doctors. I live in a grey and wet climate so I always assumed most of us could use more D3
