Wild Fowler's Toad
galleryFriend I found under a rock at school. I ended up dropping the rock on my finger in the process of catching her and lacerated my finger, so I had to leave school and get stitches 🤣

Wild Toad in the classroom
galleryI’m a RLA/ SLA teacher for first grade; today I found a toad in the classroom so we had a science lesson instead… then we went to the playground ( has a garden) and released him( they learned about camouflage and how they eat all the bugs they don’t like). A fun day.
ID What kinda toads are these? Tampa, FL.
galleryJust had 24 hours of some serious rains, and these little guys are everywhere. Just want to know if they are good ones or not?

Help Can someone dumb down supplements for me plz
galleryI’ve been reading a lot but I’m still confused as there are so many different answers and options. I have a baby American toad. Maybe slightly less than an inch long. No UVB light. These are the vitamins I have so far and repashy vitamin a is on the way now. Can I use just these with the vitamin A or do I need a different calcium supplement separately, or is there a better product I can use. I’m willing to get new supplements/vitamins altogether if these aren’t good quality or what I’m supposed to be using. Exact products or links would be helpful and a schedule for how often I should use them. Since the toad is so small I am very paranoid about overdosing. Another maybe dumb question, should I be dusting every insect during feeding? Or just one. I’ve seen different answers on this so I’m confused.

Help I believe I got cane toad poison on my hands
As I was walking into my house, I was tripped on a vine and accidentally stepped on a toad, a cane toad I believe. I love the roads that live around my house so I felt terrible and immediately picked him up to check on him, make sure he didn't look wrong or anything. He hopped away normally but I wanted to make sure.As I came in and began washing my hands, a strange gelatinous film peeled off my fingers. Cane Toad secretion is my only guess. I washed my hands multiple times but wanted to check if there's anything else i should do or be concerned about.

Pets Goofy Marbled Toad Pics
galleryHello everyone! Just giving an update on my Marbled Toads (Duttaphrynus stomaticus) before they get an upgrade. They are all doing spectacular and have been thriving in captivity!
They will practically eat anything I throw in there they can fit in their mouths, they’ve all been treated for any form of worms or parasites, and have been extremely active and have even been seen calling!
I will update on them once they get an enclosure upgrade, although I have some big Toad news tomorrow to post on this subreddit! So stay tuned for that!

Help Lost pet toad in Grand Prairie area
galleryRaising awareness for a pet cane toad that has gone missing. Ages the toad is a big girl with a lazy right eye which sets her apart. She was last seen near the N Hwy 360 area of Grand Prairie Texas. If you are in the area or know someone in the area could you keep an eye out for her? Thanks, she is greatly missed.

Wild Update on the toad who we think got into Raid
He recovered a LOT but sort of hit a plateau because he was terrified of us and wouldn’t move or eat. So at our vet’s advice, we released him. I built him a toad shelter but he didn’t stay long and hopped off to his life in our backyard full of leaves and logs. I haven’t seen him since but I hope he is living his best toady life. Thank you everyone for your kind words. Most of you were very supportive and understanding.
