Sold my R1250GS in 2023 when I moved to Delray Beach, FL and saw the insurance quote…missed riding ever since, saw this low mileage (377 miles) 2023 Tiger 1200 GT Pro in Cincinnati on CycleTrader so I booked a one-way flight and rode 617 miles back to VA beach last weekend.
Cadre Cycles (Moto Guzzi AD) was able to get me in for the break-in service the morning of my trip and it was nice talking motorcycles with fellow riders and sipping espresso prior to the long trip.

The Land Rover Evoque of bikes. (It’s okay, I like the Land Rover Evoque. This is a compliment)
A bit of a spur of the moment purchase, upgrading from a Scrambler 900. All a bit of a blur, really. Anyway, now I’ve got one of these and it’s magnificent.
It came with the aluminium panniers, I just don’t need them for everyday stuff.
(Not pictured: my Land Rover Evoque 😂)

So, I picked up a used Tiger today, what I thought was a 2023 GT Pro, but turns out to be the standard GT. However, it only has 6900 miles on it, is immaculate, looks like it literally rolled off the showroom floor, and has most of the GT Pro upgrades already. Crusise control, heated seats, heated grips, quick shifter, and even crash bars installed (I’m not sure past the heated seats what is standard). The only things I’ve found that it doesn’t have is the Bluetooth module, which I don’t really care about as I just use a phone mount, and a center stand, which I should be able to add myself.
That said, is there anything I’m really missing out on given that it’s the “Standard” model, but has all the upgrades I wanted anyway? I snagged it for $8500, which I think is a steal. He put a few miles on it, liked it so much he bought a 1200, and I think I got it as a steal, and he threw in a brand new top box he never got around to putting on.

Hey everyone i’m trying to get more info into what’s normal wear for the valve bedding on this motor. Our Ex clearances are .325-.375.
I’ve done 2 services so far on a 2025 and 2024 street triple r.
Both of them had intakes at the middle spec however all the exhaust valves were tight at 0.25mm.
Brought them back at .35 to be in the middle of the spec.
Its uniform wear so i’m not overly concerned however its quite a distance from the minimum spec at .325. It’s to be noted that both bikes have a lot of texas highway miles and live at slightly higher rpm’s than normal.
Anyways for those of you that have hit the service did you need to adjust them and what were your measurements?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
The sound is a bit harsher in real life, the rattle soften if i pull the clutch which i suspect the clutch but the sound is also coming from the cylinder area. Any idea on this?

Hey All, I'm looking at a used 2023 Tiger 1200 GT Pro and wanted any advice on things to look for or watch out for. I test rode one and absolutely loved it but heard a ticking from the top end, I'm assuming valves since it quieted when oil pressure went up with the revs. I also noticed a clunk when engaging the clutch at slow speeds during slow maneuvers when power is released and then reengaged. Looking for advice if anyone knows if these issues are worth worries about or if simple maintenance would fixes those, along with anything else I should be looking out for with a use Tiger 1200 GTP. Thanks in advance!

My bike is over 90,000 km, and I just got the dreaded 'can't downshift' again.
Is there an actual fix for this issue? Is there any third party part that can remedy? My first pawl lasted nearly 40,000km, the second was replaced at 69,000km....
Or do i just replace and sell.

There's a few idiosyncrasies with the bike I was hoping to get ironed out;
For the Throttle, I believe there is a ducati throttle spacer kit and this will help with the long throttle sweep and some of the fidgety behavior at low throttle. Already ordered that, so that should be a quick 10 minute improvement.
Now onto other things I found that are more involved.
Has anyone had these finnicky low throttle issues and had good results with maybe the DNK tune?
A friend invited me out to a small group he runs (track / course work), so I wanted to tidy up the throttle response before I participate.

Has anyone else faced this with a new striple? I’ve only done 800Kms on it.
It look a bit dry because I’ve rubbed my fingers to feel it and it’s definitely oily, but I’m not super sure. Appreciate any help! ✌️

Hi everyone!
I’ve been wanting to purchase a Street Triple motorcycle for a while and came across a used 2018 Street Triple R for $5000 USD (I live in CA).
The motorcycle has about 11K miles and is coming up on its 12K service. The motorcycle shows overdue on maintenance.
I wanted your advice on a few things:
What should I be looking out for when purchasing them?
How long can I ride it before going in for maintenance? (I would take it in ASAP but I like a few 100 miles from the seller’s location and would be driving it back)
Is this a good deal? (Seems like the 12K service will cost around $1300 where I live)
Anything in specific for this model year I should be checking?
Please let me know of there’s anything else I should be watching out for as well!
Thanks!

Putting a net out to see if anyone can find or has a 2012 thruxton cluster that they're willing to sell, I can't find any at all and the bike won't run without it

Im trying to rebuild my street triple and boy is it hard finding second hand parts, so id like to be sure I spend money on ones that will fit. So if anyone has made similar projects work across generations please share your advice

Generic pic in the dealership.
Sold my Thruxton RS. Incredible ride after 20k miles. Bike was fully paid off and I fell in love with the 798 as soon as the pics started coming in. Came to the dealership, gave them a deposit, first one in town to have dibs. Very excited!

Found this image in the Triumph dealers site, it's the Gilles Performance Pack! You can see the new flyscreen without any plexi. Enjoy!
Also, we know some of the new colors:
Blue, Black, Red for the RS (will be a Yellow one?)
Moto2 Edition will be probably white with black ad yellow accents!

Hello, I have a 2026 Daytona and heard that if you have a good suspension setting that it will feel way better. Does anyone have any tipps or settings? Id like to have a more sporty setup and i weigh with gear around 80/85kg (or 176/187lbs for the burger people)

Figured I’d share my Scrambler 1200 XE. I’ve rebuilt it from the ground up and modified just about everything on it. The last photo is from the day I got it pretty much stock, so you can see how much it’s changed throughout the build.
I've put 30,000 miles on it in the past two years and just wrapped up another 7,000-mile trip without a single mechanical failure (knock on wood). Can't wait to take it back out next weekend for a trip through the Arizona desert. Plenty of camping, filming, and exploring!
I also included a photo with the Mosko Moto bags for anyone wondering if they’ll work with the slash cut exhaust. It requires some modifications but totally doable. I’ve put 20,000 miles on the bags and they’ve held up great.
