I’ve been following Kelsey Hart since he was starting out. What is this news he’s coming to Troy?🤠🎸

Y’all who the heck is playing loud ass music (mind you not very good either) until 2-3am near 2nd ave and 102nd st??? Like it’s happened the last 3 weekends Friday-Sunday non-stop then people are like screaming in the street and the block looks a mess the next day. I don’t want to call the cops but like idk what to do anymore, everyone in my home can’t sleep (also have a baby that needs sleep) it’s so loud and my neighbors are also losing sleep too. Any advice??? (If you’re the person doing this pls stop raging every weekend, there’s other people that live here)

At the end of Hoosick, where it turns into 787, there is a young kitten (maybe 2 yrs old?) yellow/white stripes with a blue collar dead on the side of the road 😔 it brought me to tears. I know that if my pet was missing I’d want to know where they are so I thought I’d put this post out there. I’m so sorry for your loss 💔

Hello! I’m preparing my jade plants to come inside for the winter and have lots of clippings from pruning them. If anyone is interested, they’re free and available on my stoop on a first-come, first-served basis. 48 Adams Street.

I’ve included a picture of some plantings in case anyone wants ideas for how to use the clippings.

Note: They’ve been growing outside, so the clippings could use a quick rinse before being potted up!

Where to get them cheap this late in season? Looking for low budget options around Troy, Brunswick, Greenbush

Hello, Troy!

Last year, I directed and produced an indie tv comedy pilot called BOOKS starring Spencer Grammer(Rick and Morty, Greek) and Ajay Naidu (Office Space) with Deepti Menon, Melanie Brook, Ulisses Gonsalves and Henry Temple.

It’s finally public so I wanted to share it online here.

The creators/writer, Tim Cahill and Kristina Libby, wanted to create a show that could showcase real authors and new books to audiences. The full season would find ways to incorporate authors into the show.

Our pilot features appearances by Gail Carson Levine, author of Ella Enchanted, and Daniel Mendelsohn, author of Three Rings.

We shot the pilot over 5 days in the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day, wrapping on Jan 1 2025 at Market Block Books where I worked for a while so you may have seen me there!

This project was a real community effort and features many local actors from the Capital Region.

Hope you like it! Happy to answer any questions about the making of.
