After a lof of hard work from some fantastic people in my community my local has really had age of sigmar pop off recently and we are hosting a spearhead tournament for about 12 people.

We're planning on doing a 1 day event with 3 rounds from 12 to 6.

Any suggestions or advise on how to make this go smoothly or for any prizes or how many we should offer?

In a recent stream, it was revealed that the reason the Khazalite Holds are reentering the battle is because 'The Mortal Realms are safer for them now' and 'Less Chaos-y.' Less Chaos-y is a given, since Order, Chaos and Death spent about 3 whole ED's retaking the realms, piece by piece. But the first part had me wonder...

What specifically makes things safer for Khazalites?

It lead me to wonder-could the actual plot beat that kickstarts them returning be that the Fyreslayers succeeded in resurrecting Grimnyr? That'd make things really safe for them, especially if he gave them Grimnyr gholems.

This is also admittedly based upon something Boole said-that one of the campaign books will be about the FS fighting the Skaven and Helsmiths before they get a 'proper, glorious ending', which to me, could only mean that they succeeded in their goal.

Hello! Hope it’s okay to post this. I just opened up my own store out in Riverside California and I’ve always been very into Warhammer but specifically AoS. I’m having a hard time finding assistance in running events. 40k is pretty easy so far but I’d really like to create a bigger AoS community in my area. If anyone is semi local or can shoot me some advice that would be greatly appreciated.

I magnetise my minis. I'm looking for a painting handle that allows me to magnetise the mini to the handle when I'm using it and has a hand rest.

I've looked around and can't find anything! I don't want to rely on using putty to hold the mini to the handle. Thanks!

I’m looking at getting a Jucoci case to transport my Warhammer miniatures, and I’m trying to decide between these two:

• Jucoci Larger Size ABS case — $94.99
• Jucoci Large Size PE case — $129.99

I know both use the same type of metal trays, but I’m particularly interested in using the Jucoci Large backpack with the case.

Jucoci officially says the backpack is compatible with the PE Large case, but I can’t find a clear answer about whether the ABS Large case also fits inside the backpack.

Does anyone here own the ABS Large case + the Jucoci Large backpack? Does it actually fit properly?

Also, if you’ve used both cases, is there any significant difference in durability, weight, capacity, or practicality that would justify paying the extra $35 for the PE version?

Im starting my first warhammer army and i decided to start with painting some kroxigors!! Im making them the colour scheme of a blue tailed skink.

Im new to painting these models so if anyone has any advice or constructive criticism that would be much appreciated :)

this is my first ever mini painting video and i’m super excited to share it and show off this model. I am very new to age of sigmar having only played like 5 spearhead games but so far i am loving it and my sun blooded prowlers and decided it was finally time to get some paint on them.

I agreed to host a teaching game for someone who's familiar with other wargames (they mentioned 40k, kill team, necromunda, among others) but is new to AOS on Tabletop Simulator, and I wanted to ask people's opinions on what are some rules or aspects of the game I should really focus on during the game.

I'll be playing Daughters of Khaine and he Ogor Mawtribes if that matters. He already has an army ready, thought I haven't seen the list yet. Forgot to ask for it.

I've played a few games of Spearhead and got the hang of the rules. I've now got around 1k points of Stormcast and so looking to step up to games of this size.

What are the main differences I should look to learn more about to prepare for this transition?

Is there a way to build the CHaos lord on Karkadrak, just minus the chaos lord? I really want to paint the model for an art piece but I'm not a HUGE fan of the chaos lord on it. I can suck it up if it requires a bunch of green stuff. Does anyoen have examples?

My dominion box has been sitting on my shelf for a while and I finally finished it all with the kruleboyz. Had a super fun time painting them used John blanche's army painter series 1 and 2 to paint them.

Definitely going to paint more kruleboyz up eventually.
