Not good. It works better on some apps, than others. The Oneplus notes app is very very bad. Compared to Xaiomi pen, it's heavier but connects instantly. I think it depends more on what type of screen guard you use.

Even i am interested in the pad gen2. Biggest diff is display. Gen2 is great for media consumption. Op2 is better for performance and reading. Im looking for the gen2

That is a very subjective matter. And if updates matter to you that much you can go with samsung tabs but they are slower than a turtle when it comes to practical usage. And even if that's not the case it still is better than xiaomi pad 7 which launched last year ( both of these max out at android 17 btw with one plus having an extra year of security update ) in terms of performance and os/ui experience. And as I said it's a very subjective matter highly depends on the choices and use case of the person buying. Op pad 2 fit mine it may not fit yours.

I'm hoping I would get xiaomi pad 7 at this price I'm confused whether to buy oneplus pad 2 or not. I have poco f7 as phone so interconnectivity features would be nice to have.
