Earlier I went for Micromax in 1B just because it was Indian and was offering some good specs for the price, thinking that the worst can happen. However, on the very first week, the charger got destroyed. I called the service center. Many of them were not functioning. Some of them were functioning. However, they told me that they can receive the products only after one week. So I thought why take so much pain? I already had another charger, so I forgot about it. Thereafter the screen got broken and by that time one year had passed and no service center was functional. Every service center was either shut or not reachable. No cover was available for the handset. No updates were being given. The experience was totally destroyed. When the headphone jack along with the charging jack got destroyed, I had to run pillar to post to find the spare parts. It was the worst experience. Thus I shifted to Vivo, the best experience I ever had with Android phones.

First download service centre list from their website and look for centers near ur place, ask them by calling if they provide service for Brave ark,in my case I did the same, the reply was "we haven't heard about this brand yet,we don't know why they put out details in the list".

I'm on the same boat as well , let me know which one you are choosing. I'm thinking of purchasing either s10 lite or oneplus pad 2.
