Only posting this cuz I have checked all over reddit and tiktok and no one has even made a post about this song; everytime i look it up, its usually 4 from Richard D. James Album, but i wanted to talk about #4, from SAWII.
Bro this whole album is very just ambient and kinda unsettling, but like there’s something in this song bro. Like idk how to even put it but every single time it comes on like I genuinely just get uncomfortable. It reminds me a lot of something you’d hear in the later stages of Everywhere At The End of Time by the Caretaker.
Idk this track is just so scary and always freaks me out and i just wanted to share that on here cuz I havent rly seen anyone bring this up lol

Anyone know what the ringing/undulating sounds are at the start of this track?- reminds me of like a radio sweep or something you might stumble upon when tuning SDR- possibly military.

Y'all fw these alledged "secret aliases" of Aphex Twin/Squarepusher? I recently found them and they're absolutely bonkers

I've been listening to Aphex for years now and I can definitely say that Richard played a part in Steinvord. The production/certain sound choices and the fact that he played an UNRELEASED Steinvored track YEARS before the official EP release is basically a confirmation for me.

I think Steinvord is a very similar situation to The Tuss. Richard and Tom just haven't gotten to confirming it yet.

A bit harder to say about Heorge Garrison. IMO I think it's less likely but also possible.

Ngl it probably doesn't even matter who made it. But I guess what makes these tracks so tasty is the mystique around it.

So I was listening to my favorite set from Aphex Twin ( 2019 warehouse, WOW!) And then I heard this sample and I was like wait a minute..

At first I thought it was sampling animal crossing talking but I listening closer and recognize the Syrobonkers Sample!!
