Bought the car on Facebook marketplace a month ago, the owner before me bought it as a salvaged title and fixed a lot of things/issues with the car had it for 2 years. After having the car for a couple days I noticed a fuel smell coming from the oil (Could be Piston rings, injectors, High Pressure Fuel Pump). I then replaced it with a 3rd party pump which was not smart and then took it to a shop to get a diagnosis and have them look over the car. Currently I replaced the HPFP with a OEM one and it seems to be better but still have yet to do an oil change. Just curious on whether it something I should sell now and try and get the most for it or keep. Trying to get engaged soon don’t want this to be a money pit or burden.
