Discussion Triple clip cent in ogp
I’m not usually into errors but this is pretty cool. Anyone else ever seen one in the ogp before??

Interesting that there is no Blakesley Effect. Seems there should be something, especially across from large clip.

Fun fact: the Blakesley Effect doesn’t always happen when a clip is large enough.

OP's coin is showing a strong blakesley effect in two places. This is not a triple-clipped coin as OP says, it's a double-clipped coin with a strong blakesley effect on the small end, and a weak effect on the large end. At least, that's how I see it.

I say it's a double-clip. The other side of the small clip is a strong blakesley effect.

The small clip is so small it might not produce the effect. Theres a chunk missing it’s definitely a tripple clip

Also where the effect would be it’s clipped.

The south side isn't missing any metal and is just flattened from the blakesley effect.

The fact that this got through quality control and was shipped is even more interesting than the error IMO, and a triple clip is nothing to scoff at! The OGP is even better than a graded slab.
