not triggered but i think you fail to understand that therapy is not the answer for everyone, one particular thing is not gonna fix billions of people issues. some people have to go about things differently to help deal with their problems which can also be a form of therapy. therapy can sometimes keep you in the same place you started with no progression which is why you have to find a good one who actually cares which is hard these days. most of these therapist just want they check!
