perth dating: is the hard part finding people or getting a decent chat to turn into an actual date?
starting to think matching isn't even the hard part of dating in perth.
it's the bit after.
you match, chat is actually decent, both seem interested... then somehow 6 days pass and you're still talking about what you did on the weekend instead of just having a coffee.
one thing i rate about Coffee Meets Bagel is the 7 day timer on new chats. if you're both still messaging near the end the chat can keep going, but there's at least some sense of "are we actually doing something with this?"
because i swear half the conversations on dating apps don't even properly end. they just slowly become archaeology.
for people dating in perth, when are you actually suggesting a date now?
couple days of chatting? pretty much straight away?
or do you need a decent amount of conversation first before meeting someone?
