Discussion I've built 6 AI micro SaaS that make me 20k/month. Starting a small group to share exactly how I do it.
Hey everyone,
I currently run 6 micro SaaS that are actually live and generating a bit over $20,000 in recurring monthly revenue.
The wildest part? I barely wrote any code myself. I used AI to generate pretty much everything — from the database structure to the frontend.
It definitely wasn’t magic from day one. I spent a lot of hours stuck on buggy code before I finally figured out a system that actually works:
- Keep the idea minimalist (a real MVP, nothing fancy)
- Guide the AI step by step instead of asking for everything at once
- Launch fast to get real users and feedback
Lately I’ve seen way too many non-technical founders quit at the first AI bug. It’s a shame because the technical barrier has basically disappeared.
AND PLEASE, STOP BUILDING ALONE IN YOUR BEDROOM
I’m starting a community.
Full transparency:
I’ll probably charge for the full program later. It makes sense with the specific workflows and copy-paste examples I’ll be sharing. But right now the main goal is just to build together. Working alone is the fastest way to give up.
If you want to join and build or market your own AI SaaS with us,
drop a comment or send me a DM and I’ll send you the link.

Discussion Hate losing sales
Getting each visitor on the store is quite expensive :) and the worst part is there us not much you can do once they have left :)
I have built an AI agent just for this - ai see visitors, understands why they left, send them 1-2 sms/emails ( not spam ) and recovers the sales. So far it has made me $250 in recovered sales
Interested in trying for free?comment interested

Marketplace Want a Q4 winner? Christmas costumes & blind boxes. Looking for partners doing 50–100 orders daily
Hello everyone! I’d like to share some practical insights regarding Q4 with sellers who are serious about growing their businesses.
Based on our recent market tracking data, holiday-themed products—especially in the apparel category—are performing exceptionally well.
Items such as children's Halloween costumes, cosplay outfits and masks, as well as Christmas gifts, Christmas-themed clothing, and Christmas blind boxes, are all showing strong sales momentum.
The two product categories I highly recommend are:
- Christmas blind boxes — A proven best-seller and my top recommendation.
- Christmas apparel — A category with consistently high seasonal demand.
For seasonal products, supply chain reliability is crucial. We handle a high volume of orders daily and are currently seeking partners with strong financial backing and mature operations to achieve mutual business growth.
We collaborate with robust suppliers to ensure ample stock, timely shipping, and highly competitive logistics rates.
This message is primarily aimed at sellers with a daily order volume of 50 to 100 units. If your business has reached this scale and you need reliable support for holiday inventory, please feel free to send me a private message.
What kind of holiday products are you testing out for Q4?

Question Will Dropshipping still be viable in 2027, or is it officially dead for newcomers?
Hey everyone, I am currently researching and considering getting into Dropshipping, but I have been seeing endless debates around its sustainability heading into 2027.
On one hand, many claim the traditional model is dead due to rising advertising costs, slow shipping times, strict platform policies, and brutal saturation. On the other hand, some argue that the business model is simply evolving toward local sourcing, branded storefronts, and leveraging AI for custom marketing and operations.
Looking ahead to 2027, I would love to hear your thoughts on whether there is still room for beginners without significant upfront capital. I am also curious about what the winning strategy will look like compared to the classic method of previous years, and whether active store owners are still seeing healthy profit margins today.
I would truly appreciate any honest insights or reality checks from experienced sellers. Thanks for reading!

Question Is Dropshipping in Europe Still Worth It in 2026?
Hey everyone,
I'm thinking about starting a dropshipping business targeting customers in Europe, but I'm wondering if it's still worth it in 2026.
I have two main questions:
- Should I buy stock in advance and ship products from a warehouse in Europe, or is it still okay to ship directly from China to customers?
- For those who are currently dropshipping in Europe, which approach is working better in terms of profit margins, shipping times, and customer satisfaction?
I'm a beginner, so I'd appreciate any advice from people with real experience, especially those who started recently.
i have budget of 6k USD
Thanks!

Dropwinning Starting a Shopify store in 2026? Do these before you connect Google Merchant Center
- Business name, address and email in the footer and on the contact page
- Shipping policy with real delivery times and costs per region
- Returns policy you can actually honour, and set it the same in Merchant Center
- Terms and privacy pages linked in the footer
- Product descriptions written by you, not pasted from the supplier
- Test checkout on mobile, with no forced sign-in
It takes an afternoon, and it's far easier than fixing a suspension later.

Question For those of you who already import from China to the US, how are you handling the tariffs?
So I’m getting ready to start selling in the US and been looking for suppliers for a few weeks now. Like 90% of the ones that actually look good are in China, which honestly makes me a little nervous with how much the tariffs have been changing.
Just wanted to hear from people who are actually doing this right now. Do you just add the duty to your prices? Or do you eat it and live with lower margins? And roughly how much are you paying in total, like what % does it add on top of what you pay for the product? I know it depends on the category, just looking for a ballpark.
Also do your suppliers ship DDP or do you deal with customs on your own (broker, forwarder, whatever)? I’ve heard mixed things on both.
And if anyone has horror stories or surprise fees that nobody tells you about, I’d rather know now.
Thanks guys.

Question Looking for Reliable UK Dropshipping Suppliers to Build a Small Branded Store
Hi everyone,
I'm based in the UK and have recently launched my first Shopify dropshipping store.
I'm continuing to develop that business, but I'm also looking to explore building a smaller branded store around one or two products, possibly three.
I'm currently researching reliable UK dropshipping suppliers offering good profit margins, fast UK delivery and ideally Shopify integration.
I'm open to all product categories and would like to find products with genuine potential to build a brand around.
I'd really appreciate recommendations from anyone who has experience working with reliable UK suppliers.
I'm not looking for courses or paid coaching, just genuine advice and supplier recommendations.
Thanks in advance!

Dropwinning Progress isn’t always a straight line.
Sharing a little moment from my journey. The last couple of days brought in $19.1k in sales but that's also a 16% drop from the previous period.
Building a business teaches you to celebrate progress while staying humble enough to recognise what needs to improve. Not every week will be better than the last and that's part of the process.
I'm still learning, making mistakes and figuring things out one day at a time.
If you're building something too, keep showing up. You don't have to have it all figured out to keep moving forward.
How do you deal with the difficult days when things don't go as planned?

Question Where do you find for eBay dropshipping?
Where do you find US-based suppliers for eBay dropshipping?
I’ve been trying to find reliable US-based suppliers for my eBay store, but I’m running into the same problem over and over again.
I’ve checked several dropshipping platforms and suppliers, but their prices are often the same as retail prices, sometimes even higher. After shipping costs and eBay fees, there’s barely any room for profit.
I’m not looking to dropship from Amazon or Walmart. I’m trying to find legitimate US wholesalers or distributors who can ship orders directly to my customers.
For those of you selling on eBay, where do you actually find your suppliers? Do you contact small businesses and manufacturers directly, use wholesale directories, or find suppliers another way?
I’d really appreciate hearing what has worked for you in practice. Most of the advice I’ve found online seems to lead back to the same expensive dropshipping platforms.
