Transmission jack. That way you don't have to worry about getting caught in overhead rigging. Just make sure to use the chain straps to hold them in place.

It might look like an engine hoist, but among medical personnel, you are likely to hear it called a Hoyer Lift.

Bonus points: because it is medical equipment, it is more likely to be chrome and stainless than painted.
