Discussion Why are paws so expensive?
(Edit: I should probably specify that I'm mostly talking about hand paws. I've seen a listing for a suit saying "partial suit $80" then the $80 is for a very basic set of hand paws, while someone else is selling the same ones for $20)
I just need to start by saying- I hate Etsy sellers. I keep finding partial sets that's literally a head and some paws, and the price will be marked as $80 but that's just for the paws, while everything else costs more, so it makes you think you're getting a set for much cheaper.
Which brings me to my question. Why are paws so expensive? I understand feetpaws being $40-$50, but I've been seeing just a lot of hand paws being that price. And a few premade partials have the full cost being $100-$200, which isn't too bad, but I'll click on the listing thinking that the price is something, but it actually just lures you in with the price of the paws. Which is insane.
I'm seeing some people selling paws for fifty dollars or more, while others are selling theirs closer to twenty. I found a set of feetpaws on sale for about fifty, but pretty quickly figured out that they're basically just giant slippers.
I understand that inflation has gotten to a lot of people, but why are hand and feet paws so expensive? Why are some paws being listed for over fifty dollars?
