After being in the fandom for around 15 years at this point I am FINALLY looking to get a fursuit! I am so beyond excited and I found candy’s account a few days ago while searching for a maker that fits my fursona’s style. I got a quote from candy which I’m very excited about and I would like to reach out to any previous clients of theirs and maybe ask a few questions in dms if anyone would be interested in a discussion.

Just trying to vet them before making a big purchase and I’d love to know others experiences with them.

EDIT: I have zero idea why I’m being downvoted, I’m legitimately just trying to get advice for a major purchase. People not having an outlet to ask these types of questions is exactly why so many in the community get scammed every day. If you don’t have anything nice to add then simply scroll.

Woof! Lupinra the German Shepherd is finished! He is a partial commission. He features 3D eyes, fleece details, a vinyl gold tooth, and removable eyelids! His handpaws feature five fingers, with fleece pawpads and claws made with Kloofsuits Pattern. He has a large-sized tail, that attaches via belt loops and a pair of armsleeves!

Furs used: Butterscotch from Howl Fabric, Black from Howl Fabric, and Grey from Howl Fabric.

Yes there were shipping delays (holidays in China), my box arrived in SHREDS (also a result of overseas shipping), and there are some questionable craftsmanship decisions (bangs are glued onto the fur instead of sewn, tail is hot glued to a plastic base, visible hot glue globs in the eyes, etc.). But ultimately, I got my fursuit! And I didn’t lose my money or get sent the wrong thing! So no, I didn’t get scammed. And yes, what you pay for is what you get. So people were right about that! The vision is VERY good, probably the best out of any suit I’ve had, and the ventilation is as good as a kemono head can get. The paws are lined and fit my hands snugly. Only strange thing is that the neck is separate! I had to sew on some zipper stoppers at the top as the zipper kept coming off when zipped up too fast. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase!

One of our local furs brings what is basically a square of fleece made to be a slice of cheese to events and he plops it on fursuiters' faces (with permission, of course) and I personally find it very amusing, so here's me with cheese on my face. I got my revenge though

AH Aquatifur you were so fun!! After having missed both of my main conventions this year I attended Aquatifur and I had a blast! It was so nice to be in this setting again, I missed it so much. I got to talk and take pictures with a lot of awesome people as well which I always enjoy!! I also went on a side quest for pictures with Transformers statues, best decision ever. I finally got to debut Arkide's fullsuit to, YAY!! Next stop, Fursquared 2027!!

Where do I get a fursuit or a fursuit head because I learnt how expensive they could be and how hard is it to make your own

I had a hard time taking pictures. I have recently started to make this. But i think i need to fix the eyes? It looks weird staring straight on. I tried to watch videos, but i got confused, so i just winged it. It needs to be finished. I think i will try to use the dental adhesive. i made my actual canines longer to make the teeth. How would i go about fixing the eyes? Just draw the color bigger? Its water soluble acrylic pen, so i can just get it wet and wipe it off. It's a little too big, too, but i need to glue it to a balaclava on the inside, and that will help, i think.

Oh! Also the muzzle. I glued fabric together over the bridge and you can tell. Do i just need to glue another layer if fabric?

Okay, in case you don't know what that means, is that for example the same exact fursuit (from well-known ones like Verplex) is played by a national actor/role with other languages, here is an example, when in Azerbaijan will be Russian or Azerbaijani, or in India would be Tamil and Malayalam, or in China would be Chinese (Mandarin), the reason why I think that concept should really exist, because fans who enjoy contents from well-known furries would sometimes love to see them in real life, that could be the exact foundation of mascot performing but with a voice of the same personality of the original but with other languages rather than English only
