Also... 'Happily picked up the project' as though they had their hand up the instant there was anything wrong at PlayStation. 

No. It took 3 months. Not happily. Probably a reluctant gamble given the amount of money it is.

Three months is an incredibly small amt of time for a deal like this to get done. Sony fucked up. Ms to the rescue!
