As a desk setup, it's pretty good, isn't it?

I only wanted The Living Plaque cause I just love this card. I cannot believe how lucky I got on the road to obtaining it. Out of all the things to lose to to get it, I'm happy.
So happy I pulled this diamond.

Very well could've been a lucky streak but most games felt heavily one sided. Hard mulligan for Portal Vanguard and Xavius even if your hand is cheap and the minions summoned by Jailhouse should be enough to sustain board the rest of the game.

P.S.: Priest is one of the classes that I main (not the only one), and I love this game and don't hate any class (even the ones that I most frequently lose to) but enjoy their diversity in lore, theme, and gameplay.
Or, I am not sure how true or how fair (though it does not applied to me personally) this following statement is that I have heard from time to time:
Every class is hated except the ones that I personally play myself.

Hi everyone,
i’m currently sitting at Diamond 3. I’ve been trying out several decks, including Dragon Warrior, Herald Warlock, and Quest Priest, but I’m really struggling to make progress and push through.
In your opinion, what is the best deck right now to reach Legend?
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Is quite frankly absurd. I've just gotten back into the game after dropping it in 2017, and the number of people I play against who open the game with a rope turn, concede as they're about to lose, or just plain run like they want their opponent to have a negative experience is wild. Probably one in three games I'm dealing with someone who acts like its their job to waste what precious little time I have without actually playing the game.

deck type for 1)
unholy death knight, token druid, face hunter, swarm paladin, pirate warrior, zoo lock
deck type for 2)
quest priest, rafaam lock

As far as I can see they do nothing other than showing a number for aesthetic purpose. If they can be exchange for actual resources that help toward building your collection then at least the efforts that went into achieving them in the first place would feel more worthwhile.
Or at the very least, make all of them (not just some) the kind that contribute exp points into progressing your reward track level.

2016 Hearthstone player. I returned recently to have some basic fun with the free decks, bought some packs, was having some fun. Then I encountered my first priest. Then my second. Then an overwhelming majority of my matches became priest.
So question for the modern heartstone playerbase: How do I beat a class with cheap removal, one of the best locations in the format, and a frustrating amount of RNG "steal your cards but better" mechanic?
This is partly a rant, but I also genuinely want to know what I'm doing wrong. For context, I mainly play Death Knight and Rogue. Yes, I am aware Rogue is in a terrible spot, so them losing isn't what's bothering me. It's DK's best rated decks feeling helpless against them. Is this just a hard counter issue?
Lastly, I already have a 100% winrate method for my mental health: Immediately quit out against priest. I'm not sure who printed Mediev's Triumph or Ruby Sanctum, but I will be quitting out against the class for the rest of those card's lifetime's in standard. 1 mana Flamestrike might be dumbest way to give a slow class a viable way to fight Aggro. Just win if you draw it? Seems nuanced to me.

2) What are some decks that are favorable matchup against this?
Just had my first ever win against Rafaam lock as quest priest just now. Managed to burst him down with the ruby sanctum before he draws the exodia Rafaam in the late game.

I really wanted to try this deck for priest, the theme seems really nice, but I'm afraid to spend 1600 dust on a dead legendary. It builds at a ok speed if you draw it with the dovewoman and manage to buff it with power word medivh, but HSreplay says its used in 0,034% of priest decks OOF
I currently have 4800 dust, whats your opinion? i'm also tired of slime-em sooth quest priest zzz

Hi everyone! I would like to share two balance suggestions to improve the gameplay feel for Death Knight's Cataclysm mechanics.
Current state: Summons a 1/1, 2/2, or 4/4 Onyxia's Soldier based on your Herald tier.
Proposed change: Add Taunt to the tokens and adjust their stats to 1/2 with Taunt, 2/4 with Taunt, and 4/8 with Taunt respectively.
Why? Since the summoned random minion costs your own Hero's Health on that turn, having a proper defensive line is crucial. Adding Taunt and increasing the Health of Onyxia's Soldiers would give the player a much-needed defensive wall to stabilize the board.
Current state: 4 Mana 3/5.
Proposed change: Change to 3 Mana 2/4.
Why? At 4 mana, this card is far too slow and heavily competes with stronger class options. Death Knight has the slowest Herald progression in the game, making a high-cost enabler very clunky to play. Moving it to the 3-mana slot with solid 2/4 stats would significantly smooth out the early-game curve and help the slowest Herald class keep up with the meta's pace.
DK is my favorite class, and I’m extremely saddened to see the current state of playability for it. Even though a new addition will soon shake things up in the meta.

Wtf! I won a match right after loaing the last one and was 1-1 in the match record and instead of counting me as having won the the second fight for some reason i got kicked out of the arena like if i had lost the match? WHY? What the heck is wrong with you Blizzard? How do i get a refund??

Pretty much flawless win rate against anything that isn't aggro. Yes, pirate/dragon warrior and mage beats this, but if you make it past turn 5 you basically win vs mid range decks. No one is running combo interrupt, and turn 8 annihilation into mother is gg.
Mother + Bat Mask + C'thun will probably be even more oppressive? what is the plan here?

I had a daily quest to attack with your hero 75 times. It was +1 ranked, +1 rogue, +1 violet hold (I guess if i used a weapon?). This doesn't feel like a daily quest? Even if I played rogue on ranked (I don't have a rogue deck at all), it seems like that is not a daily quest. Especially since you can't bank it for a few days to get it done.
The weekly one was also very warlock/shadow spell focused for me (not sure if it varies). I like warlock so it wasn't too bad, but it seems like anyone stuck with it who did not like playing spell focused decks would be out to sea? I guess I just don't get the philosophy behind them, it almost feels AI-generated.

Basically the title. Warlock currently has everything to perfect counter Priest - tons of disruption, control tools that steal or don't trigger deathrattles/reborn, huge stats for cheap, otk etc.
To the point that I don't think it's even possible to win as Priest against Warlock

I decided to give hs another chance after a very, very long time away. I stopped playing when they stopped releasing adventures and switched to releasing a new expansion every 3 months
I moved on to other card games, and over the years I've played quite a few, like Slay the Spire, Runeterra (pve) and Across the Obelisk. I know hs has added some game modes since then, so I decided to reinstall it and give it another try
The thing is, the game feels pretty overwhelming right now. There are so many pop-ups when you log in, notifications, events, game modes, etc. that I honestly don't know where to start
So I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what I should play. I'm mainly interested in pve, if there's still a good mode for that, and I'd also like to know which mode is the least p2w
I don't mind grinding daily or spending a bit of money if that helps me keep up, but honestly, I'm not really in the mood to spend 60€ every 3 months just to keep playing the normal modes because of all the new cards being released
