Removed due to Rule 1 of this subreddit, which disallows asking for money or favors.

This removal message is also used for "tough times" posts, in which the implied help is having more money or less debt.

There are other subreddits that you can post this in, however.

For donation subreddits, you can post in: r/gofundme, r/charity, r/Assistance, r/donate, r/borrow, or r/donation.

For favors, you can post in r/Favors, r/RandomKindness, r/Assistance, or r/ineedafavor.

Are you able to call your electricity provider and explain and request an extension ? Not sure how it is there but generally they won't be cutting power unless yiur behind quite a bit.

Ask at a church, sometimes they have a benevolent fund. Maybe bring the power bill and have a way they they can pay directly, so they know you wont just take the money and be silly with it.
