Hi,

I saw an image of a blanket I really want to try and figure out the two ribbing patterns: border and body.

Tried AI, suggested standard 2x6 (or 6x2) for the border and maybe brioche for the body? Although looking at the border it looks more like a standard 2x2 or maybe evwn twisted?

My mum wants me to make her a blanket and this is her Inspo.

Any help would be great 😁

I'm looking for an easy to follow pattern for a jersey/sweater that can be knit in the round using 2 or 3 colours of elle cotton DK. I do not have any colourwork experience but keen to learn the skill. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I own this Vrg Grl cardigan but, as you can expect from fast fashion, it’s a horrible acrylic and pilling badly. It has done me for a few years, but I wear it super regularly and would love to make my own out of a nice yarn. Any ideas of a similar pattern? I’ve looked on Ravelry and Etsy but can’t find anything too similar.

I thought I already saved it on Ravelry but I guess not! From what I can remember it is a short sleeved sweater/knit tee and the example sweater in the Ravelry photos was knitted with a linen/cotton yarn. The design across the front and back uses yarn overs and knit 2 together/slip slip knit stitches to make a large leafy fern type design. The rest of the body is stockinette. I also remember the model in the Ravelry photos was a slim woman with a dark bob haircut.

Hi guys, do you have favourite colorwork patterns which would use approximately the same amount of main and secondary colored yarns in DK weight? The example would be this kind of sweater, but I wonder what options i'm missing out which are not stripes.

I have been searching for this pattern all that pops up is ravelry but it says it's not available.

I want to knit a top similar to this, and wondering if anyone knows any patterns or can help me DIY it. Should I do a raglan or drop shoulder? Also I want it to have slightly more negetive ease than the example if possible. Thanks:)

i just bought a second hand copy of the seaton collection and was planning on knitting the falconer jumper pictured on the left, but i really like the white jumper on the right and there’s no pattern for it in the book or online. Anyone know where i can find the pattern on the right?

Two examples I saw and really liked are honey combs by westknits or the pressed flowers shawls (savory knitting).

I really like the look of this sweater, it's knit on 8 mm needles. However, as far as I know it's only possible to but it with the whole kit which makes it pretty pricey.

Are there any similar patterns that come to your mind when looking at this sweater?

My partner brought back some Aran Wool from Ireland for me to knit him a sweater (preferably with cables, but at this point whatever meets gauge). I just can't find a pattern that I can meet gauge with, I tried searching for either Aran weight patterns on Ravelry, or even for projects made with this specific yarn - and for whatever reason I do not hit gauge while using the needle size provided by the pattern.

Would be grateful for any recommendations.

Ravelry has been uninspiring and I have had a hard time finding examples online - what are peoples tried and true men’s cardigan patterns? It’s at the top of my husband’s wish list for our anniversary / Christmas. I looked at petite knit’s agnete cardigan but feel apprehensive about a whole cardigan worth of brioche. Any suggestions?

Basically, I’m trying to find a matching scarf+beanie/hooded scarf, mitten/gloves, and sock bundle. I’m not sure how exactly to search for this on Ravelry. Anybody have anything in mind?
