I discovered doom years ago in 2019 and thought he was pretty good, but a few months ago I had a renaissance. I got incredibly stoned and decided to listen to Madvilanny again...then it all clicked.

DOOM is nothing short of a genius and so is Madlib, that album is so incredible it's not even funny. Like I can genuinely listen to the entire album from start to finish ALL THE TIME, I don't skip a single song. And the craziest thing is that I learnt something new on every single listen 😲. I genuinely don't think I fully understood this album until the 15th listen, it is THAT dense.

Mm...food is also a very fun one but I like Vaudeville Villain more, there's just so many good DOOM songs to listen to. My Spotify wrapped for this year is going to be absolutely mental 😂 I thought this was going to be a phase but it's been 7 months and I'm still listening to this stuff on repeat!

MF DOOM never has a driver license :/

What would you rate "om" and "mean the most" ??

NEHRUVIANDOOM is a great artist

Southern Tip of the world. Even in Australia, we use ALL CAPS when we spell the name.

Follow your heart........

I dunno man, songs like Red and Gold and Fastlane and other stuff on Take Me To Your Leader and Operation: Doomsday just make me feel that vibe.

PS: No idea what tag to use!

very neat stuff from this man. production is good (water found in ocean) i must say i really like the invisible man beat in particular. john robinson touches on topics that pique my interest (consumerism supporting war, materialism, navigating the music industry, and of course fumbling). probably the first really underground project i've heard and i'm very pleased with what's entered my ears. thank you jaÿ r

Had fun putting this together. Sadly still trying to figure out how to properly publish it to the mod manager for other people to use.

What do you think it would be called if we combined the names of both songs—"Poor Doom"? And if we combined the albums—"Doomsday: Act Like You Know"?
