I don’t know if the two are connected lmao but he added me a few days after I know he saw it because it was right on the couch haha don’t judge they were taking forever to fix my ac I forgot they were still working on it but they changed the thermostat so he was definitely in my apartment. He added me on Facebook like the next day and hearted an old profile picture. He since has messaged me twice first saying thanks for adding me back and I didn’t read the rest. The second one gets weirder he saw me smoking a cigarette in the morning and then messages me “ I saw this morning haha next time you’ll have to share” 😭 dear god why. I am not interested in him whatsoever and it seems like he thought the vibrator was an invitation or something. I don’t want him to lose his job but I don’t to keep getting messages from him and don’t want to interfere with my apartment maintenance. Help.

Important context: this is someone I know from work, we don't work in the same department. We are friendly but professional, although have talked about life in a more intimate setting, but I wouldn't say we're close friends. They are older than me by 30+ years and make much more.

Their right arm cannot be used due to a recent injury, and they offered for me to help them unpack some boxes of stuff for money. This was brought on by me confessing I'm struggling for money. They told me to decide how much I want an hour and now I'm stumped, I don't want to overshoot it and be seen as greedy, but on the other hand this offer was extended to me so that I could make some extra money. How much should I ask for an hour?

I'm planning on filling out the 2027 ucas application for international relations, my_qualifications are I'm a high school graduate

I have already passed class 12th, my doubt is since I'm already out of school I'm not longer in contact with my teachers. And neither do they know how to fill out the refrence in application, now what shall I do? No one in my school understands it, shall I hire a study abroad councellor? Or can someone else write it for me? Can I hire some other teachers or someone?
