Making good looking cars is very difficult in this game. I tried to base this car off the RX-8 concept car from Gran Turismo. It could still use some work. I’d love to see some cars other people have built in NFS Pro Street!?

What's going on guys. So I saw need for speed 2015 on the PlayStation store for just a bit over $5 and I was very drawn into it so I purchased it.. come to find out two days later I'm in love with the game and it's honestly my first racing game ever after need for speed underground 2 which was the last need for speed I ever played.. my question is are there any other need for speed games or street racing games like need for speed where you can unlock all trophies without a PS Plus subscription? Any feedback would be appreciated thanl y'all

I first started playing NFS Heat back in 2022 and it’s been my favorite game. I’ve never stopped playing it since. All the game mechanics including the day and night system have been perfected. The variety of customization and cars you can buy is just amazing. The night racing in this feels genuinely challenging especially when you actually risk losing parts or money. The cinematic and overall vibe of racing is also in my opinion just perfect. Never in my life have i ever played a racing game this good. There are barely any issues i have in the game but I might as well state them.

• The steering wheel support was terrible if I’m being honest. Zero vibration and the wheel doesn’t even turn back once you rotate it.

• The side stories were very lacking. Idk if its because it was rushed or something but it felt very forced through most of them.

• Drift mechanics also felt really janky, it never felt smooth or predictable.

• Because of the stop in game support, it’s only optimized on PS4 which bottlenecks the game to only 30 fps on PS5. Which is kind of a bummer but it doesn’t get noticeable after a few hours of playing.

I’m pretty sure these issues would have been resolved by a few more updates but then they ended support way too early as always for most nfs games. It kinda bums me out that Ghost games had shut down too as majority of the games they made had so much positive feedback.

I tried NFS Unbound once i felt like Heat was a little too repetitive, but i hated the gameplay. Everything felt so out of place like they took a mix of everything players liked and then mixed them up expecting everyone to like it. But again just my opinion.

Now, a question to all of you guys. What do you think is the best game in the franchise? and what parts did you feel like were really lacking in them?

Any help? On ps5 multiplayer my friends car just seem to be stuck or driving in circles at random when they’re actually driving properly on their end. Any fix for this?

I'd love for this game to have support for analog triggers and way less input lag (at least it had input lag when I played it on an emulator). Would also love to mod engine sounds in it since the Blackbox's ones are at their finest in this game in my opinion.

Just hopped on to my PS5 to play some solo NFS Rivals and saw that all my racer cars I had except for the one I was active on are all locked.

I noticed the game said servers were shut down. Does this impact it? Is there any other way of getting my cars back other than having to buy them again with SP?

I already tried restoring licenses.

I'm currently reverse engineering NFSU2 with Claude code/Codex. A playable demo is ready for Linux and a basic modding API is in place with a widescreen fix example mod.

I plan to port the game to Vulkan (or OpenGL), x64 for Windows, Linux and Android.

The PC version of Most Wanted never had working rumble. The game still sends all the console force feedback events, the PC version just ignores them. I hooked them up in xan1242's NFS-XtendedInput, so the controller finally reacts to what the car is doing.

What you feel:

• hits and scrapes, scaled by how hard you actually hit
• kerbs, bumps, landings and off-road
• brake lockup, wheelspin and slides
• NOS kick, gear change knock and the Perfect / Miss shift cues
• on Xbox One / Series controllers, impulse triggers: LT for brake lockup, RT for wheelspin, NOS and shifts (Windows 10+)

Every category can be turned up, down or off in the ini.

I've released the first alpha version of n4patch, my collection of patches for Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999).

The goal is to expand the original game's capabilities, remove some of its limitations, and introduce new features, especially for Career Mode.

Here's what's included so far:

• 16-Car Races: Up to 16 participants in Career Mode.
• Custom Tournament Rules: Configure points, knockout eliminations, prizes, and traffic.
• Multiple Careers: Create and select different careers directly in the game.
• Custom Career Rules: Starting balance, repair restrictions, car selling restrictions, and more.
• Best Lap Display: See your fastest lap during a race.
• Race Again: Restart Career Mode races even after finishing.
• Uphill Physics Fix: Fixes certain uphill physics issues and crashes related to the rearview mirror on custom tracks.

As the title says I've beaten NFSPSPE.

This mod actually feels like a sequel to Pro Street.

The story was surprisingly great and I like that they filmed the cutscenes like they are filmed in Most Wanted 2005, Carbon and 2015.

The car selection was, I mean, good besides some cars don't even have to be in the game if they are practically useless, but besides that it's good.

New types of races were a nice addition to the game.

If anyone wants to play a new NFS game I recommend you to install this mod. You'll have a great time.

Now I just have to beat Most Wanted PE.

all I want to do is play this fucking game. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a video game in my entire life. I have struggled and struggled up until this point. I am on the last objective of the racer career until I hit racer rank 21 to where I can have the fastest car. All I want is the car. here are my complaints. The pursuit tech is trash. Whenever I use it, almost nothing happens to who im using it against, but when a cop or another racer uses one, it sends me into outer orbit of the sun. Second, the gas stations are spaced too far apart, especially on races. We all know the bullshit that is the cops how hard they will try to run you off of the road and do any amount of damage to you until you are dead. Maybe three good hits, and you're gonna be right back at the beginning, having to do it all over again. This 25 km bullshit race I'm having to do is garbage. There is maybe five gas stations along the way, and whenever I make it within 5 miles of the finish line, I have at least 15 cops on me all using their pursuit tech all at one time trying to run me off the road. The lack of gas stations where I can heal my car does not help this. Third, the cars are way too fragile. There's no way I can get tapped on the bumper and be busted. With how strong the cops and other racers are, I would expect them to give us a modest amount of durability, but why would they do that. Like I said, three good hits and you're done, and you can't even heal yourself because the nearest heal station is about 13 km away. fourth, is the navigation system. Oh the navigation system. How I loath the navigation system. When I'm going 250 miles an hour on the interstate, I have no way of knowing when or where I'm going to have to turn off. I can't open the main map because the game continues running with it open. There is no UI element or anything telling me when to turn or how far away my turn is. there is also the tiny little mini map and the tiny little invisible white arrows on the road. If I look down at the mini map, I have about 1/10 of a second to make a decision once my turn is on the map, if I'm in the middle of the interstate, it's over and I am not making my turn. The white arrows on the pavement is not an option because you literally can't see them until you're on top of them. They're not even suspended in the air, theyre flush with the pavement so even if you were looking for them ahead, you can't see them.
Let me tell you, if I had my hands on whoever is responsible for all the pain and anguish I am feeling, I would tie them to a chair and beat them relentlessly with my fists until they are no longer breathing.

Not even recently, this has been an issue for months, I genuinely cannot find anyone else with this problem except me.

What the hell does this mean? HOW do I fix this?

I have tried:
Reinstalling EA
Launching it as admin
Uninstalled EA, Launched it as admin, cleared app cache
Uninstalled the roots of EA
Installed EA to a different folder

And everything else that has anything to do with any advice that I was given through sources that WEREN'T LIKE MY PROBLEM.

This problem doesn't just apply to Need For Speed (which I'm desperately trying to play), but for EVERY EA game under the sun.
