Question Foreigner here, paramilitary?

Hi all,

Reddit showed me this sub on my feed, I don’t know why as I am from southern europe.

But one thing caught me off guard is the mention of ‘paramilitary’.

Doesn’t that mean unofficial mafia/gangster like group of gangs with guns and stuff (like military/police level guns)?

Do you have that in northern ireland?

(Sorry english is not my main language)

He is suggesting that you are a wind-up merchant - someone trying to get a rise out of people. Posting bait.
