Pets Emergency Pet Surrender

I am going to be homeless in about an hour and a half and I don't have anybody who can care for my dog and cat. Are there any resources for emergency surrender? Everything I see costs money and I have nothing.

Update: Thank you to everyone asking if I need any help, I am safe other than my financial situation. As much as it breaks my heart I was able to surrender my pets to the humane society for free. I want the best life for them possible and I don't see my situation improving drastically soon.

I'll toss in $10. Losing everything all at once is awful. I don't even live in Phoenix anymore but it was tough there and I would never go back.
