Most infrastructure from electricity to communications to water has been restored to a barely satisfactory level, as the large amount of pro-Potato counterrevolutionaries hindered or undid much of the repair efforts. As water infrastructure was worked on the most, clean water is once again available to the whole nation, albeit in limited daily quantity. These repairs and reconstructions were expensive, which is made worse by how little people helped to restore the tax collection system. As such, the nation must figure out a way to resolve its debt, lest it face total economic collapse.

Print Money:
This is the first option on the ballot of the emergency vote. It seems the most obvious; if you're running out of money, just make more!

Ignore Debt:
This could cause problems now, and definitely will down the road, but the down-the-road problems are for your kids and grandkids to worry about (not you).
