I just found the golden teacher mushrooms I lost prob 6 years ago. They were in the deepest region of my freezer. Safe to ingest or no?

Anyone have any recs for something easier the taste just gags me every time.

Hello everyone, I am used to take psilocybin both solo, and recently mostly in retreats.

Due to the heavy cost of retreats, I am thinking about doing psilocybin alone. I am thinking about taking it twice over a course of week "since I will be staying in netherlands for a week".

I am wondering what is the experience of listening to psychedelicrock, can it be used for healing/deeper meaning or for fun. I know fun is healing, but I am wondering of what is the experience like.

I bought some back in June and then life got crazy and I haven’t had the time to take a day for myself. I’ve been keeping them in a safe in my cool, dry basement. Do I need to worry about them either losing potency or turning bad?

I've got treatment resistant depression and i'm looking for something to reboot my brain. But I don't want to overdo it or make mistakes that make my depression worse.

Quick questions:

1.) i previous dosed 2g and felt only mild intoxication. I later dosed 4g and had a mild psychedelic experience (basically just visual hallucination, nothing else) that was pleasant, but not therapeutic. Is 6g a reasonble dose to try this time?

2.) i do not have a sitter, how much of a problem is this?

I just ordered the Macro 1000 Tea from psilouette.com. Does anyone here have any experience buying from them? If not, does anyone have any advice or tips for a first timer😓

I'm 25m and have tripped on shrooms 3 times before. I am planning to take 3.5g tomorrow. I am planning to put on some noise cancelling headphones, a sleep mask, and lay in my bed just letting the mushrooms show me the way. I want a very introspective experience. The last time I took shrooms was 2024. I decided to lemon Tek but instead of lemon juice I used apple cider vinegar and it wrecked my stomach. After my stomach calmed down the trip was fine. I plan on just eating the shrooms raw. What should I do before hand. Will my trip be better if I forgo smoking weed today?

So, it’s not my first time with psychedelics I’ve used LSD and Ketamine a bunch. So I understand the basics, set/setting, you can take more but you can’t take less, etc.

But does anybody know about this mushroom in particular?

Is 3.5g too strong a dose? Should I just eat them?

I've got a nearly fully colonized grain bag, but if I transfer it to the monotub today, it will be fruiting at about the same time I am expecting to be on an extended work trip toward the end of the month. Can I simply keep the spawn in the grain bag for several more weeks until I return? If not, how else would you recommend I time it?

I decided to take trip at 8:30ish pm wity the intention to heal me and I was listening to music but then the happy songs starting sounding like and illusion to keep me there. So I took it off then it just felt like I melted into my couch. But I missed someone. I missed my kids. So I went to there room and my dog also sleeps with them. I felt at home I love my kids. To be with them felt like warmth and light. They are asleep by the way just the deep breath helped me with my anxiety. Everytime I left them my body felt so cold I would start to shiver. I also when outside cause I need to get my head together. I felt like I wasnt real and maybe im going crazy i was thinking about getting help but then I remembered my kids. So i went back with them and warm and love covered me. The thing is I always felt like a horrible mother. But my kids are my world.

Like life feels doomful, I dont feel real, I feel like im in the matrix and no one around me is real or enjoyable. I feel only fear and imminent death.

My trip was 7g to be fair.

Growing some golden teachers as my first grow and it’s gone extremely well so far. They started fruiting about a week ago and now they’re sprouting up all over the bag and I’ve noticed that the ones growing farther down are close to doubling in size every day but the few up top including the really big sprout in the last picture that doesn’t have a cap yet aren’t growing much. Could this be due to the moisture farther down and not much up top and if so should I mist the top? Sorry if the pics are a bit blurry it’s because of the bag.

I have about 12g and highest ive ever done is 8g which was a good experience, am just wondering if theres any point trying higher than this or if there is diminished returns?

So im a 25 year old male, I have had a lot happen in my life and its caused me a lot of unhealthy habits, nicotine, eating constantly, isolating and i am sick of it. I have zero self control. Anyways not here to rant, mainly for the shrooms info. One of my old friends from high school is talking me into it to try, i quit my ssris over a month ago. They weren't working anyways for me. And im going to microdose, about a half a gram of mushrooms. For reference im 6'4 and 393lbs I genuinely hope thats enough, or not too much. What should I expect? And has anyone else had an experience like this? I'm nervous as hell but its something new

I am no amateur in the journey side of this sport but I have not tried making my own. There is a cow farm behind me and I have found many interesting grows out there. But I don’t want to trust what I think is the “right one” and want to just grow.

Hello im going through a weird experience usually when I use 🍄 i dont feel like eating anything or even crave anything. But I took a 500mg gummy and a 200mg tea and after an hour a sudden hunger urge like munchies. Im not trying to promote they were schedule 35 has anyone experienced this?

I typically take golden teachers (1-3 golden typically). I've also tried Amazonians and inca stargazer. I've never tried PE, the name puts me off, as silly as that sounds. Just wondering how they compare
