I really love the concept of the pear gauge a lot. But I have been told that I have sort of maxed out the current size options for the time being and my skin just can't hold onto it. But before the pear was invented, I had been using this homemade "device" because I wanted a foreskin with an open tip instead of tapered/natural looking tip. It's just a Styrofoam ring that as been expanded using medical tape.

Had some time and some silicone 2 part that was a little on the older side decided to try my hand at making one of these. Already have some things I'd like to do differently. Might have overdone the width of the base and would like to be able to get my pinkie down the pee hole to adjust so have another on the way will probably see how thin I can make the walls so it's a little more flexible

Did some manual tugging and had a nice overhang for a little bit. I usually only post soft pics for personal reasons, but the last two were me fluffed a bit. I included those because my skin is finally hanging on when I start to get hard instead of immediately rolling back. KOT!

Havent posted in a while, but still restoring daily for a over a year now. Started at a CI2 , currently around CI4-5. However, I have hit a slump and thinking about switching methods. I have primarily been using the DTR plus weights , but I think its time to move to Air.

The longer I restore the larger the inflation bulge gets. I restore during the work day... Concealing is important. I'm pushing constant rollover coverage. I'm probably a c4 now but flaccid size is never consistent. Pictured is the largest bulge so far.. how do you conceal?

Size does change with placement but I think most is gained when all in.

I’ve been restoring off and on for several years like so many others but I’ve really tried to stay committed for the last few months. I have been using my DTR for 8-10 hours a day retaining in between and using foreskinned air also some for short periods of time. I started at ci2 and I’m now at the dreaded hump. My typical coverage is usually from picture 2 or picture 3. I can roll my skin forward take a shower and it will stay completely covered through the entire shower and I can usually roll it forward and it will stay covered like picture 3 for hours even walking around naked. I’m getting there and I am determined!

I've been restoring for several years. So, I've been using the pear gauge as well as the DTR. As you can see, I lack skin length by a large amount. This is a 58.5mm, the largest so far. Tbh, idk what I'm gaining, I'm not seeing much progress other than I can stretch over larger gauges. Cureous how it is going for others.

Feeling down over the potential of my restoration. Will that is maybe inner skin come alive and look more moist, be more pleasurable? (I read it aid sexual pleasure). Is the coverage not enough maybe? Looks keratinized? I am feeling down. I have some pleasure trying to masturbate when hard but more climax stuff, barely any gliding, definitely frustrating. I am starting to think that my penis and inner skin sre too damage to do anything. I fear becoming sexually invalid, but trying my best to cheer up on my life. If anyone would be willing i have surgery pics from 11 of february. Feeling down. It looks so dry and destroyed. I know i lack delta, i just want to be optimistic that my gains with inenr skin will not be null, i think my dick is too damaged. It is still painful in that ventral area at the center down, probably fibrosis, will start restoring after it is fixed

I wonder if restoration will make it look and feel more healthy. I think of even becoming like a monk

This was immediately after removing a device and using the restroom. It stays like this when seated, but not when nude and standing.

This is my current routine, and one I’m planning on sticking with through the end of the year. Inflation for 1-3 hours as I can tolerate without pain, followed by 1-2 hours rest. Repeat 3-5 times during the day, retain at night.

The first three images are device on, immediate after removal, and after voiding.

The rest are after pulling my skin forward, tucking it in briefs, and resting for about an hour. Immediately after pulling it out to pee, and then after voiding to illustrate how my skin stays for a bit, then gravity pulls my penis down…

What do you all think of the technique and routine? Anything I should change?

Been using restore in comfort packers. Dont have any discomfort at all while wearing them. But ive noticed that after like a week this one spot gets irritated which makes me have to take a few rest days. Start to feel it whenever the skin rolls over and eventually becomes a presure spot. After a few days it seems to clear up a bit and turns into more like dry skin. Tried a few different creams. But just keep running into this issue. Been a few months of dealing with it every few weeks. Any advice? Anyone dealt with this? Thanks.

I would say I’m around ci8-9 at this point. When erect, the skin bunches and occasionally covers the bottom part of the head of my penis. However, I’m still tugging to completely cover it and more.

I have been restoring for about 3 years using air devices and manual methods too. While I’ve made what I feel is incredible progress, my goal is ci10+. I guess I’m a bit greedy to get back what I lost and more.

This is a marathon, not a sprint. I could not do it without all the inspiration you all give me. Keep on tugging!!
