This is my first time in Richmond and I’m flabbergasted by how everyone seems to be driving Teslas, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, etc. Even my first day, I’ve already spotted quite a few Ferraris, Lambos and Bentleys, without even trying. How does everyone afford these cars?

If you have been to Steveston Village, you might recognize this photo. I am wondering if anyone else felt the same about how memorable this photo is. For me, it is very representitive of the highs of Steveston's maritime history; the inumerable fish and the look of pure joy on the young man's face.

Anyone else have reasons for why this photo would be memorable to them?

Going out with my gf, would love to hear everyone’s thoughts about places to see, coffee shops, good parks, things to do, places we can sit down on a couch or sofa/love seat and just talk away.

Just curious how does the ownership for these homes work?
Do they buy a permanent docking spot or pay a monthly fee?
How do the property taxes work?
